Chapter 15: A gift

AT THE OLD ABANDONED HOUSE....

After a little argument had happened between jake and M-21, Mari who had been silent until now finally spoke up;

Mari: Jake were withdrawing.

Jake: WHAT!!

Mari: we have too little information about the orhanization we're pursuing, especially about the guy that beat you..

Jake: But...

Mari: You have no right of choice. We are going to the research institute headed in Korea. There you'll be able to treat your wounds. Also Dr crombell has arrived.

Jake:Dr crombell!? Why did one of the best biological engineers himself come to a place like this.

Mari: Jake..you know ere not permitted to know something like that.

Jake: Che!...

Mari: If its him he would be able to figure the reason why.

Jake: Yeah well....if it's him he would.

Mari: We need information on that guy we met and how he can stop our regeneration abilities, whether it's a unique power he has or if he's using something else to do so. And how many more people are out there that can do the same as him. The mission objective just changed Jake due to that guy.

BACK AT FRANKENSTEINS HOUSE...

Frankenstein was still trying to figure out what had happened to his master to have changed so much in just a matter of hours that he had been able to change so much. He actually couldn't beleive it himself beautiful his master actually was now and he had this strange sweet and likable scent on him. As both raizel and Frankenstein sat in the living room sipping tea peacefully until Frankenstein's phone range he looked to see his caller and then saw that it was shinwoo so he picked

Frankenstein: Hello?

Shinwoo: PRINCIPAL LEE WHERE ARE YOU RIGHT NOW ?.

Frankenstein: *inner thought* {shinwoos voice sounds very urgent}. I'm at home did something....

SFX: sound of call cutting..

Frankenstein had immediately become more worried;

Frankenstein: Master the call ended in the middle of the conversation and his voice sounded very urgent and I am rather worried. The place where I met those guys I fought was also at shinwoos place. Right now everyone is staying at Yuna's place and its obvious that they're trying to find them, and right now with this kind of call from shinwoo......

*Ding Dong* *Ding Dong*...

As Frankenstein stood looking there looking at the monitor, I could see that he definitely wasn't finding this funny at all because right outside were the three musketeers

Shinwoo: Hello principal Lee we, came because we're bored so we decided to come visit you

Frankenstein: .......

I just walked off while frankenstein stood there frozen on the spot. What is he complaining for I'm the one who's going to have to deal with them but they're all so very lucky because I've been in a good mood very recently so I might be able to actually tolerate them for now.

INSINDE THE HOUSE...

Shinwoo.....

Woo Ik-han....

Yuna.....

Frankenstein....

Raizel.....

Shinwoo: So you're saying that it just happened? One morning rai woke up and just became more beautiful.

Frankenstein: Yes I'm still in schock myself..

Ik-han & Shinwoo: *inner Lamentations* {my God how can life be so unfair many people are working hard to have a good face and rai is here getting free beauty upgrades in his sleep} (╥_╥) (╥_╥)..

While shinwoo and Ik-han were having their inner lamentations, Yuna on the other hand was fighting the urge to go sit close to raizel and smell his scent. They had all noticed the scent of course and thought he smelled good but to Yuna the scent was just way too comfortable and sweet. It completely warmed her body and looking at rai's face wasn't helping things get colder either. It was just way too unbelievable how much more beautiful he got and way too fast.

Shinwoo: Anyways principal Lee when do you think we'll actually fully start going to school. We're worried that our schools learning progress will fall behind that of other schools.

Frankenstein: Hmm.. Well I think it'll be difficult until the police department says it's safe enough for the students to return back to school. I won't be easy considering how extraordinary the incident was, but they said they're putting the entire force on it so we should be getting some good news soon.

Shiwoo: Well all's good for me except for being boring.

While everyone was discussing among themselves, raizel was still quietly sitting and sipping on his tea. And for those of you who might have asked already since he take's this long sipping one tea then won't it already be cold? Well yeah but he heats it up regularly by just transmitting a little heat to his fingers so his tea stays hot.

*RAIZEL INNER THOUGHTS*

Hmm.. By now that guy crombell will soon arrive here. I wonder should I fight him, he is almost as strong as full power frankenstein himself so he would be fun right? Probably not. Although it would be fun to fight him, making him show himself at this point in time is way too early. And time will deviate a lot and too many variable's would have been made, and although I can be omnipresent In the past, present, future and also possible future at once I really don't want to use omnipresence for such a boring thing it should only be used to so that I can be with all my women at the same time and satisfy them at any point in time when they want.

Also what should I do about shinwoo, this guy has a lot of potential for combat. So I want to make him stronger, he will become my first toy. Its going to be fun to see how much stronger he can become in the future, and then he will fight me. I know that he will lose and I will kill him after our battle but he would be fun after all so I guess it's decided then, I shall form a contract with shinwoo. But first he has to want a reason to destroy me, I want him to have total fear in his heart and absolute hatred and to become the become his absolute reason to live. He will live and breathe his hatred for me, this is the only way in which he'll be able to surprise and entertain me to the fullest of his potential. And I shall give him hope also, hope to actually believe that he will have a chance to actually destroy me. And in his moment of brightest light I shall bring it all down on him and give him the moment of his greatest despair he will ever taste, I will break him completely and truly this time. And he will die knowing it had all been for nothing all his hard work, his blood sweat and soul that he put into all of it will all come down in just one single moment. He truly will die in vain.

AT THE BRANCH OF THE ORGANIZATION HEADED IN KOREA....

While jake while having his injuries looked at by the reaserchers at the institute, inside another office farther into the institute sat a man in his late forties, reading a repor given to him. He had an air complete arrogance on him and his eye's looked like that which always wanted to find or discover something new and interesting and they had a look of complete cunning and intelligence also. He was Dr crombell, and in front of him stood Mari who was reporting the news of the incident to him.

Mari: I really didn't think you were going to come here sir.

Crombell: A few experiments a while ago were successful, which is why I thought I'd come here. After reading the report, it seems useful in it's own way. But the news you brought interest's me more. So... I heard jake was wounded and its a wound which should have healed but still hasn't.

Mari:Yes there is not much difference from the condition he was in when he got it and now.

Crombell: Hmm.. Interesting. The fact that jack who got made quite useful recently got defeated. What are your thoughts on the guy who defeated jake.

Mari: I didn't think that someone with that much power would be with the enemy, but nothing conceirns me more than his ability to stop regeneration.

Crombell: *smirk* If you say so. I myself would like to study him.

AT THE EXPERIMENT ROOM WHERE JAKE LAY...

Crombell was looking at Jakes stats on big screen and assessing his state;

CrombellCrombell: This is incredible seeing it even more so for myself, there's not much difference between him and a normal person's regeneration rate currently. And its only affecting the part's where that guy harmed him, I'll need to test some more.

Jake: What! You're saying the same thing as the others said. You want to use my body as an experiment?

Crombell: What a foolish thought, there are things that can be done just from observation and there are things that need to be done with tests. And also your body has been made through countless numbers of tests and experiments.

Jake: ... You bastard!

Mari: Jake. I will not forgive anymore rudeness from you.

Jake: Mari.... Che! Fine I got it.;

*inner thought* {someday I'll kill both of them}

Crombell: Anyways let's wait a little while longer, although it's a big wound its not fatal so rest easy.

After that crombell and Mari walked out of the room leaving jake to his own internal boiling anger.

AT THE ABANDONED HOUSE...

After M-21 & M-24 came back to the hideout, they were met with a surprise.

[M-21]: Huh? Where did the two of the them go,

[M-24]: And that trash too isn't here

[M-21]: We need to get rid of him, it was probably him that told jake about where those kid's stay. And we know that the girl is very important to that guy from what we've seen

[M-24]: Yeah...

[M-21]: There's also the danger of him telling Jake and Mary about your mind control ability.

[M-24]: Shit! There's that too.

[M-21]: Well that's that but where could Mary and Jake have gone too.

Mary: We went to the research institute.

[M-21]: *inner thought* {did she hear what we were talking about just now.

Mary: Where's the thing?

[M-24]: th_thing?

Mary: The trash that M-24 created.

[M-21]: I thought he left with you guy's. If he's not then he's probably outside feeding.

Mary: You said that guy stole the coffin right?

[M-21] Yeah.

Mary: I guess I'll have to use it to try and pursue the people behind it like you guys tried after all. Can't be helped if I want to meet that guy.

Meanwhile back at the research institute, jake was terrorizing the other reaserchers and pressurizing them to upgrade his power and make him stronger.

NIGHT TIME AT THE WAREHOUSE WHERE RAIZEL WOKE UP...

Four guys in a black had come to empty room where rai woke up. They were the zombie vamps associate and were originally supposed to receive the casket which rai slept in. They came back because the zombie vamp had contantacted them again thinking he had the coffin ready for them until

All four of them immediately turned around to the source of the voice, and outside on the balcony stood Mary. It seems that four were aware of who Mary was somehow, then they they brought out their guns and started raining bullet's down at her. Mary was swifly dodging each and every single them at an impossible speed and killed two already before they could even blink. The remaining guys knew that that they were fucked and one of them tried to run outside and almost did but then from the other side of the wall burst out a claw that punctured his skull killing him instantly. The remaining guy stood there stood there completely terrified at how someone could punch through such a hard concrete wall and still have enough force to completely puncture skull on the other side. His fear had overwhelmed his reasoning and he fired 3 more bullet's at Mary who dodged them and blitzed the last guy and grabbed him by the neck with one hand and lifted him up into the air choking him before she released him. The poor guy was gasping hard for breath and coughing strongly;

Mary: Where are the other's that you are working with?

Guy NO 4: Th_that's all of us.

Mary: That's not right, there should be at least one more guy with you. He is tall and a long haired blond

Guy NO 4: There's no such guy with us.

Mary: Nothing good will come out from lying If it turns what you're saying is false, then I won't be killing you quickly like the other's.

Guy NO 4: I don't know what you're talking, about there no such a guy with us I would know.

Mary: I'll see if what you're saying is tru through you then....

*inner thought* {he's saying that that guy isn't with them so who is he with then, and does it mean he's also not connected to the coffin too}

After Mary had finished totouring and disposing of the guy, she had already confirmed that he really didn't know about who she was talking about and was really dissapointed and annoyed that her investigation had reached a dead end again and so she just walked out to the balcony to receive the cool breeze and calm down to think about some things.

She thought back to the night she had with the beautiful man and the note that he had left for her. When she woke up that night she had been confused for a while about why there was a bed in the room why everyone was frozen and also why was she naked. Then she remembered it all and for sometime she was still in a daze remembering her night with him until she had looked to the right side of the bed and saw a note with something written on it. So she picked it up and she had to say even his writing was beautiful too, but what caught her attention the most was what was written on it.

On the letter was his name two name actually but it was the title that was written on it that was had her the attention the most < THE NOBLESSE> that is what was written on it. She had enough clearance to know about the real owner of that title among the Noble's and that was what made her the most worried because she knew that she was not in any way or form capable of even scratching a guy like him much less actually hurt him. But she knew that her worries was pointless because of what he had written next. He had actually asked her if she wanted to be his and also at the same time written to her about the conditions if she were to an answer yes as well. But he also said to hold off on that anwer until he completely secures himself in her heart too and not just her body only.

The third thing written on the note was propbaly the most interesting thing he had written. The third request told her that if she tore the letter in half she would receive a gift and that also not to worry the note would heal, and tore the note she did. What happened next surprised her greatly, a white beam shot from the note into her forehead which caught her off guard. She immediately became worried until new information had started appearing in her mind and it said <materialization skill> and when she finished running through the information contained in her mind about the said ability, to say she was shocked would be a complete understatement because the power of such a skill basically made her a master over reality itself if she could actually be able to train it to its full potential. But of course such a powerful ability had a price. It also said that the level of what she will be able to materialize would be limited to how much mental strength she had in order to materialize what she wanted. This of course would have been a problem if it wasn't for one little thing that that guy did. He called it a small plus, he gave her the ability for constant and infinite growth. Which meant that meant that constantly, all day everyday and also every second forever her mental strength was always going to be expanding and at fairly fast rate. After she had received everything she was completely lost on what to do now this guy in just one night had given her a gift she would never to be able to pay back at all. This had already supassed everything the organization had given and will ever be able to do for her, the power they gave was already incomparably trash compared to that skill alone, talk less of the limitless growth too.

But she was also an agent who was employed and had a job to do, so does she report that she has been in contact with such a being as the NOBLESSE himself. If she told them would he be angry or mad at her?.....No. She could tell he wouldn't even be bothered by such a thing and would be absolutely be able to get rid of whoever or whatever they sent at him and she was absolutely sure of it.

Back to the present Mary who was still receiving the cool breeze of the night woke up from her revierre. She stretched out her right arm and above her palm a white sheet of paper materialized and it was not that she she created it with the skill, no this was the same piece of paper he wrote everything on. After the paper had joined itself back together it disappeared into her body, she had guessed that it was staying with her until she was able to answer the question that was asked on it. After she had looked at the sheet for some seconds she willed it back into her. She knew that she wasn't in love with him yet, what she felt towards him was pure physical attraction and Lust together with a sense of debt towards him even when he said she specifically should never feel debt towards him that only Lust was allowed to exist until Like comes into play and then finally Love. After she was done with her thoughts she finally walked away to go report the result of her investigation and try to find a new lead on the blond guy.

A/N: FOR THOSE OF YOU WHO MAY BE SAYING THAT THE ABILITIES I GAVE MARY AT THIS POINT IN TIME IS TOO OVERPOWERED SHOULD NOTE THAT IT IS ONLY JUST INFINTE CONSTANT GROWTH AND THAT IS NOTHING COMPARED TO INFINITE AND TOTAL TRANSCENDENCE. ALSO THE INFINITE TRANSCENDENCE ASPECT IS SEALED FOR NOW BECAUSE HE DOESN'T NEED IT. HE IS STILL GROWING CONSTANTLY EVERYDAY.

ALSO YES HE CAN GIFT ABILITIES TOO BUT ONLY THOSE WHICH CAN BE CLASSIFIED AS SKILLS CAN BE GIFTED. BUT THE OTHERS SUCH AS THE ASPECT OF DOMINATION , LUST, DESTRUCTION AND THE REST CAN ONLY BE GOTTEN THROUGH CONTRACT.
