"Ify, you wouldn't believe what I saw today.." I spoke up while we were strolling towards the hostel..

We were dismissed from the afternoon lessons.

so we decided to go to the hostel to rest and change to our house wears before going back for our dinner at 6pm.

"What happened,what did you see?"Ify inquired.

"That Kachi guy,I saw him with one girl like that at the restroom having sex when I went to ease myself while we were about to go into the class,The annoying part is that he is not even afraid that I may tell on him, instead he was even threatening me, can you imagine?"I narrated.

"You don't mean it,is that why you were acting awkward when you entered the class ,well that's who Kachi is ,a terrible philanderer who finds it hard to keep his tweenie weenie in his pants,I'm not surprised,

Sometimes, I wonder what girls see in that cassanova."Ify huffed.

"If you see the way that girl was limping, you'll feel pity for her."

"What kind of nonsense pity is that." Ify snapped.

"But I find him cute though,but his character is Soo odious."I scoffed.

"Whatever, just stay away from that boy,he is bad news." she asserted.

"I know,I have had the first hand experience,any ways,I'm so hungry I just pray they won't serve us another salted rice."we giggled.

"Judy,you haven't even told me much about yourself,you know about your family , siblings...."

"Well,My mum works in an telecom company as a secretary,and I'm the first child, I have two younger siblings.

My cute brother and my sweet annoying sister, they inspire me especially my mum"she said with a bright flash in her eyes.

"Wow, your family is Cool but you didn't mention you dad" I probed.

"He is late" her voice fell as she sniffed.

"I shouldn't have said that"I replied feeling bad..

"It's okay,now enough about me ,how about you?"she returned.

"Well,I'm the last child and only daughter,we are four,but my two elder brothers are way older than me,so we are not so close, but I'm so close with my immediate elder brother Chika,just that he's over protective sometimes,well all my brothers are overprotective"I huffed.

"Awnn,That's so sweet,I wish I had an elder brother, being the first child is overbearing sometimes,How about you parents?"She asked.

"My dad is a business man and oil magnet and my mum is a fashion designer "

"Wow, your parents must be really rich then" she concluded.

I was about to reply her when Chinenye and Tolani showed up.

"Senior Ifeoma and Senior Judith,we have fetched the water"Chinenye and Tolani reported .

"Thanks dear, there's some pure Bliss on my cupboard,you two should take them"Ifeoma instructed.

"Thanks senior Ifeoma"they sang rushing to take the biscuits.

All my life I always got was I wanted, all I had to do was just demand for it ,with overprotective brothers and parents who would almost want to snuff out any freedom I can get, I wished I had a sister with whom I would do girly stuffs with.

My parents are rarely at home,I can't even remember the last time I discussed random females' talk with my mum, because she always have an appointment to meet up with a client.

Let's not even talk about my Dad,he barely stays at home always traveling and going for business trips, I no longer had the attention I used to get as a child,but I've gotten used to it.

If it weren't for one incident that happened,I sneaked out to go to my friends party and almost got raped,I was shakened for months by that accident.

My dad threatened hail and brimstone,so did my mum

After that incident My brothers over protectiveness became extra.

Ever since that incident my dad started calling often and gave us more attention.

Well, one can be never have it all in life.

"wow,I can't imagine any of my loved ones or self going through the incident of rape,I thank God for you Ifeoma " she said sincerely.

" it is in the past now,Let's go and take our bath before it gets too crowded" I chimed.

The hall was noisy as friends where seated with each other gisting and eating..

Once it's 6.20 The doors will be shut permanently till dinner is over.

I dragged Judy moving towards Elo and his friends.

"Hey guys "I greeted.

Femi hailed.

"What's doing this one?Elo,tell your friend to stop hailing me o." I blustered.

"You two should not involve me in your useless banters." Elo snapped.

"Ahh,I'm heartbroken,my babe is denying me." Femi placed his hands on his chest feigning hurt.

"Shut up joor,where did you go to during break?"

"Sir Tee asked me to help the library prefect arrange the books into their shelves,Did you miss me?" He teased.

"Me? Miss your coconut head?,I'll rather let a train run me over."I replied cackling.

"Awnn, isn't that so sweet,to hear you could die....

Hello pretty face,can you be my boo, since the one I thought I had is denying me."He eyes shifted from me to Judith.

"Uhmm,Hi"she chimed.

"I'm Oluwafemi and you are?"

"Judith"

"Jessie,how come I haven't seen her before,I mean I know all the pretty girls in Ss2,but I haven't ..."

"Just shut up Femi, your dumb brain couldn't even figure out that she's the new student" Yinka cut him off.

"Oh, welcome dear,nice meeting you." he smiled and winked at her.

"Thank you.same here."she blushed.

"Femi,this one is out of your reach,you hear me?"I rebuffed .

"Which kain bad belle be dis,Ifeoma,you will soon turn to a witch oo." he yammered.

Everyone burst into laughter including Elo my beloveth cousin.

"It is you that will turn to a wizard,Amosu.." I returned.

Turning to Judith.

"Come with me let's get our food."I said dragging her with me..

In BRISC it's we stand in a queues before the food gets to us,so annoying.

We were served yam porridge,it tastes really nice..

"The complains really got to them,so they probably compensated us with this" I thought.

"Onyinye and Teniola fought today." Yinka gisted.

"What happened?,I thought they were best friends" Kaycee asked.

"They were fighting over Ifeanyi oo,and the idiot was seated watching and cheering them."Yinka seethed.

Elo, Femi and Kaycee bursted into laughter.

"Seriously ,girls will never learn, just see how that foolish boy caused a serious quarrel between them,they where almost stripped their selves naked when the Head girl took them to the principal office." Femi narrated.

"Well,I take exceptions to that,those girls were fake friends waiting for something to break their friendship."Ify asserted.

"But seriously ehn,how can someone as childish as Ifeanyi have two girls fighting over him?"Elo asked rhetorically.

"This school isn't really bad as I thought,the teachers, the students,so cool,the drama,it's so funny"Judith said aloud.

"Well,just enjoy it while it lasts,the stress and drama in this college is second to none."I replied.

"Your friends are really cool, there's no dull moments with them." she added.

"They are bunch of idiots but I can't trade them for anything though." I said smiling.
