After looking over his skills Hes ready to head back home.

"I need to get some animals while I'm out here, so I don't return empty handed."

Tate searches through the woods for an hour when he stumbles upon one of the elusive animals in this thick forest. Tate first heard some grunting and snorting and followed the noise, he finds a boar rooting around in the dirt at the first clearing he stumbled into when he first got to this place. It's the first place Tate noticed the giant pillars that went up to the heavens through the gaps in the treetops.

Tate realized when fighting with the Earth Golems that he didn't actually need to use his sling when he fought because every time, he used the sling he was using air magic to control the sling, so he got rid of the middleman and just used air to sling his marbles. When Tate is around other people, he will have to use the sling, so no one knows Hes used magic since the beginning until Hes ready for people to know.

Tate grabbed a normal rock off the ground with the air around him and held it above his head. I'm sure it would be a weird sight to see, as a boy creeps through the woods with a rock floating above his head. Tate works his way to the right position and slings the rock towards the boar's head. CRACK the boar drops straight to the ground as his legs gave out from under him.

"Regular animals are nothing compared to Earth Golem."

Tate field dresses the boar to make it lighter, but it also slows down the bacteria growth until Tate gets back to the village and the villagers can get cure the meat however, they want.

"This boar is still heavy even with its guts gone, I hope I can get a rabbit or two before I get to the dungeon exit, I want some rabbit boar stew."

Tate had no luck with finding rabbits on the way to the dungeon exit, probably for the fact that he was stomping through the forest struggling to carry a boar on his little shoulders.

"Next time I'm hunting 12 rabbits instead of this heavy boar."

Tate floats up the dungeon exit and nearly gets crushed by the boar when he gets back to the surface, the sudden weight of the boar hits him again when the weightlessness goes away making his own legs almost give out like the boars earlier.

"Not too much more at least my forest is flat and a lot thinner compared to the dungeon forest."

When Tate arrives back to the village, Hes greeted by cheers from a few adults and kids that seen the boar on his back. Tate leaves the boar at the butcher's area and gets washed up before he heads back to his hut to hang out with the other kids and Momma Agnus. Tate told Agnus he would rest for a day or so and head back to his imaginary area he made up to continue exploring.

Unknow to Tate and all the other villagers was that some slavers had spotted the southern hunters and was stalking them back to the village. Hunting animals take skill, but hunting the hunter is a whole different level of skill that the slavers have mastered.

It's the next day after lunch, the slavers have discovered the village and went back and got the rest of their group that was made up of 10 men dressed in dark leathery armor that had a hood and small pieces of metal in vital areas. The scariest part of the group was the 10 giant rats they had. The rat's backs were 2 feet off the ground and are 6 feet long from the head to the end of the tail, the body itself was 3 feet long and the tail was also 3 feet long. The tail was long and blunt like a baseball bat designed to incapacitate its prey. The claws on each foot were 4 inches long like little daggers. The rats where midnight black, they were designed perfectly for the slavers and for night attacks. The slavers would command the rats to incapacitate who they wanted to keep, and the claws would finish the rest they didn't plan to capture.

The night of the second day since Tate has been back arrived, Tate is preparing food and cloths so he can leave in the morning, Tate had a nice little break but the strong don't get strong by sitting around and Tate was starting to crave the idea of what could possibly be in the ancient temple.

Unknown to the villagers, the slavers where about to attack its almost completely dark and prime time for the rats.

These rats are getting hungry Red, the hunters have hunted most of the animals and I'm not wanting to find out what happens when our rats start to starve, we already know the slave spell gets weaker for some reason when they get too hungry, I suggest we just let the rats eat the villagers till they are full and return south, the animals are to scarce this close to the great wall.

I will have to agree with you right now, I don't want to unexpectedly become the rat's food. Let's send the rat's, command them to eat till they are full, and we will watch from a distance.

That night many screeches rang out into the clearing, alerting everyone that something bad was about to happen.
