235. A Punishment In A Morning

"You have every right to expect more. Because you are my wife, and I am your husband. From now on, nothing will separate us." Lewis swallowed his saliva holding back the urge that had begun to resurface this morning.

For a few seconds, the eyes of the newlywed couple stared at each other until finally, Likha lost and looked away first.

"Finish your meal immediately. Then, meet me in the reading room." Lewis, who had finished eating first, headed straight for the reading room, leaving his wife alone at the dining table. Lewis had to get away from Likha right now, or he would eat his wife early in the morning.
