"you were going to tell me something," she said while crawling to the bed.

Right after they had their dinner, she went straight lay to his bedroom. She promised that if he would open up, she would sleep beside him.

He flopped himself beside her and didn't answer her. He snuggled closer to her and she felt her heart pumping fast.

"what's wrong?" she looked at him with her loving and innocent eyes.

He sighed and got up before looking at her directly. "Julius escaped,"

She gasped and closed her mouth, not knowing what to do. Her mind was blank and she did not know how to respond.

She didn't really care about him since he was secured in jail but the news was shocking. Also, she was thinking of her brother's reaction.

She was already sure that she won't ever bring this topic when she visit him tomorrow. Niko wanted to see her since there's only a week and 2 days left to see her as a free lady. They all knew that that wasn't the real reason.

"BUT...I promise you, I will find him and eliminate him the second I see him," she would be lying if she wouldn't admit that he sounded like a psychopath.

"I-uh, I don't think that's a good idea,"

Both were so silent, not knowing what to do anymore. Their lives would be at stake once this Julius Kim would seek his revenge. Not to mention the warning that he gave to Liana.

"Jun, do you think that he would attack us? Should I tell Niko the truth? I mean, I never keep secrets from them," she said, truthfully. Her heart was telling her to do so.

Keeping secrets from her family means that she's loosing her trust on them and her family means everything to her. She didn't want to keep things that she also knew she couldn't take it by herself. Her family was willing to share her burden.

"I mean, I'm used to telling them my secrets so I wouldn't feel burden," she further explained, anxious of his reaction.

"I don't know, I'm being careful. From what we found out, we don't know your family's potential in handling these matters,"

He was scared about telling her family about the threat. If they told them about it, maybe Julius wouldn't escape but now, things went on the wrong way.

He was scared that if her family would know, maybe they would put pressure on Julius. Who knows? Maybe they'll kill him? Maybe they showed mercy on him 14 years ago but no more mercy now.

After a while, hearing that she didn't say anything about what he said, he closed his eyes and was about to sleep when she suddenly started speaking.

"I won't be home tomorrow. I'll visit Niko's company,"

"but are you not allowed to be seen in public with your brothers?"

At this point, he was still clueless on why she was hidden from the public.

"yeah but I've been visiting his company a lot. With little resemblance, most of his employees think that either I'm his girlfriend or his personal nanny. Anyways, he introduced me to his employees as his personal assistant no. 2,"

He faced her while she was laughing at something.

"what do you mean? People can easily search personal information,"

"geez, my information is protected. I'm his personal assistant as he didn't want me to introduce myself as his girlfriend. That would be utterly ridiculous," she was disgusted at the thought of her and her brother.

Even if she was introduced as his girlfriend, that would create a ruckus and her family will be questioned. Furthermore, the public were keeping an eye of their decisions to their girlfriends.

" yeah, that would be ridiculously weird," she couldn't understand his words sometimes. He talks weird words and her stupid brain doubts if it's really accepted words.

"anyways, how did he escape?"

"I've got to interrogate all the employees there and if they can't answer me, I guess I'll have to pay someone to catch him,"

"That's illegal. Even if you have money, isn't that a mafia kind of thing? I'm getting the mafia vibe,"
