"You have 2 months to get a girl to fall in love you, then break up with her and you'll get your money." What started out to be a bet with his friends in Italy turned out to be something more. Gabriella Rosa never thought that she would end up falling for such a try hard jerk but here she was, what will happen when she finds out his true intentions? 10/10 book!
It was midnight now and he had pulled over to a random spot by a hill which gave us a perfect view of all the lit up houses. Tonight looked so pretty...tonight felt good. I was with Luciano, I loved him and he loved me. No silly games this time.
He got out two bottles and opened the car top, we had moved into the back seat and began drinking whilst the cool wind brushed past us. My dress was still covered in the red wine but it didn't matter. I was too happy to care. Or perhaps I was too in love to care. Me and him were together and nothing else mattered. For a while it was silent. We stared off at the beautiful moonlit night sky, looking at the gorgeous stars.
"You remind me of those stars. Not only are you just as beautiful as them but quite often, I ignore the beautiful things in life because I'm too focused on myself but...quite lately I've been focusing a lot on the stars, lately I've been admiring the beautiful stars."
"You know, you are so romantic sometimes, when you get rid of those dumb flirtatious comments, you just know exactly what to say. I'm glad that you bumped into you that day and I'm glad that I said yes to that date."
"I'm glad too, meeting you was the best possible thing I ever did, also I thought you liked my flirting."
"Let's just watch the stars amore mio."
We both didn't say anything after that. It was quiet, simple...nice. I just put my head on his shoulder and whispered a little 'I love you' before falling asleep and he also did the same. A huge smile was implanted on my face, everything's good. I love him. He loves me. I am happy. He is happy. Something about that just comforted me so much. Everything's finally starting to fall directly into place, just like I've always wanted.

The Next Morning
It was now the next morning and the sun was shining onto my face. Happy Saturday. I turned to my side to look at Luciano. He was asleep next to me, and ugh he looks so cute when he's asleep. Even though that dinner was rudely interrupted, I still had a good time. I really hope to never see Bella again but on the bright side I think that I made a pretty good first impression on their dad.
"Good morning." I heard a deep voice and turned, looks like he's up.
"Morning." I said smiling widely at him.
"Why are you so happy?"
"Oh I don't know, it's just that lately life's been going pretty good for me."
"Huh has it now? Well so has mine, and it's all thanks to a special girl."
"Oh really? Well that special girl's pretty lucky."
"Actually I think I'm the lucky one. Life truly does work in mysterious ways." He's so cute sometimes- I'm so glad that I can actually say that he's mine :)
