Chapter Sixteen

"Who are you?"

"Um...Scarlet."

"Who?" I asked. I watched as the girl in front of me rolled her eyes. As if she knew I wouldn't know who she was. I ignored that though, she was in my house after all.

"It doesn't matter who I am..."

"It kind of does, since your in my house." I said while cutting her off. She looked towards the house and back at me. Then her eyes grew wide as she came to realize what was going on.

"I'm very sorry, that we snuck into your house. It's just that, it was vacant for a while, and we needed a place to stay."

"We? Who else is with you?"

I asked. She then bit her lip as if to contemplate whether she should tell me or not. Right when she was about to tell me, I saw someone being thrown out of mg house. The guy flew out of my house and onto the ground. Then I saw who it was that threw him out. I froze where I stood. Even my heart felt like it stopped beating.

I stood there and watched as Marcus came walking out of the house. He looked angry and he was growling as he walked towards Scarlet. When Scarlet backed up some he stopped walking and look at me. Then he fell to his knees and started crying.

At that moment I wanted to touch him. I wanted to hug him and tell him everything was okay, that I was okay, that the babies we're okay. I wanted to kiss him a hundred times and maybe more.

Maybe I couldn't feel anything while I was stuck in the morgue. Maybe I was even depressed and lost hope. But when I looked at Marcus and I saw his pain. All emotions and hope came back to me. I wanted to cry with him, but I couldn't. Maybe it was because I was this fire queen and I wasn't really here.

I did the only thing I could do. I walked up to Marcus and knelt down by him. I didn't dare touch him, because I wasn't sure if I would burn him. I looked at him awe and love. He lifted his hand towards me, then stopped when I shook my head at him.

Then his eyes traveled down to my stomach. I rubbed my stomach and smiled at him. He cried more as he realized we we're okay.

"Um, I don't mean to interrupt this reunion, but I am a little confused here." Scarlet said, ruining any sentimental moment me and Marcus had just a second ago. Marcus then gets mad and starts growling.

"You shouldn't even be in this house."

"I understand that, but we didn't have much of a choice. This house was vacant, we needed a place to stay. There problem solved. I was just back here practicing my fire power and she takes over my power and made herself appear as she is now. Then you put your hands on my soulmate and come barging in here with no explanation."

"This is my soul mates house; she was kidnapped three months ago. That's  why this house has been vacant all this time. So you're not supposed to be here." Marcus growled out. Boy he was mad. At that moment the guy who flew out of my house earlier came and shoved Marcus away from Scarlet, then he stood in front of her to protect her. I rolled my eyes at this of course, because men always thinks we need saving. Well in my case I kind of do.

"Stay away from my girl, she is the Princess of England."

"Hunter!" Oh now that makes sense. No wonder why she looks like that, she looks like royalty. Hunter was tall just like Marcus with short brown hair and grey eyes. I do believe I see fangs sticking out of his mouth as he growls at Marcus.

"Its fine, he already knows what we are. I can barely breathe a round him, with that dog stench of his."

"This dog can rip you and your girl into pieces." Marcus growled out. That wasn't even necessary I thought to myself as I shook my head.

"Marcus that's enough I'm sure we can sit down and discus this like adults." 

"Jennifer!" I snapped my head up to the person who yelled out my name. As I looked up I saw the twins. I broke out into a big smile. Everything I feared vanished once I saw them. I knew then that I would be saved.

"How are you here right now, like that?" Alyssa asked.

"The kidnapper kept me in the underground morgue. The warlock put a spell on the morgue so I wouldn't be able to use my magic. That moment ended once this girl, Princess Scarlet came into my house. I instantly felt her power. Her power strength matches my own. She helped me break the spell they held over the morgue. Now I would love to sit and chat, but I rather be saved. They know I'm carrying a baby; they don't know I'm carrying twins. The spell is broken, use your powers to locate me."

"Hey aren't you that girl who saved everyone in Boston three days ago?" Jalyssa asked Scarlet. You would think saving me would be more important, but obviously not. I rolled my eyes again for the second time today. Something tells me it won't be the last time either.

"Thats impossible she's a vampire. Since when do vampires have powers?" Marcus asked. Well that explains a lot now. Like why Hunter had fangs and why they both look scary white.

"You are a vampire?" Both of the twins asked Scarlet. By now I grew impatient. Scarlet told them that she is a vampire.

"But you are also a witch?"

"No I'm not a witch."

"But..."

"Enough, we will figure all of this out later. For now, use Scarlet to try and locate where I am. You have to hurry; my power is draining my energy."

I said and this time they listened. Both of the twins sat down cross legged while holding both of their hands out as their other hands held each others. They bowed their heads and closed their eyes. Then a minute passed and nothing happened, because Scarlet didn't join them. I sighed just as Alyssa spoke up.

"Well are you going to come over here or what?" Scarlet looked from them to me. I nodded my head and she finally walked over to them. Alyssa and Jalyssa both explained what she needed to do before they started the spell.

A couple of minutes passed before the twins said they found me. Marcus waisted no time at all to jump down their throats. He asked them where I was in a growl. Then they told him.

At first Marcus was panicking because he didn't know how they we're going to come and get me considering im up in the mountains. Then Scarlet suggested we take Hunter's jet. Hunter of course got mad, but Scarlet told him off.

When I watched her go at it with her man, I kind of thought she looked like me a little. We had the same facial structure. She looked a little bit older than me, maybe just a year or two. Then they stopped talking and everything I thought I saw disappeared.
