Chap 31- Guilt and Love

I was dragged into a spacious and luxurious room, the room had ten bodyguards and Kim sitting at the centre with his arms crossed around his chest.

"Why have you brought my new pet over here?" He asked with a grin on his face as if he was excited to see me.

"Master this brat denied taking the bath." The guard who was grabbing my collar spoke in a loud tone.

"Oh, he broke the rule on the first day?" He got up from his seat and walked closer to me.

"Tell me why are you refusing?" He asked with a knife in his hands.

"I... I have hemophobia... So I can't stand the sight of blood." I replied hoping he would understand.

"Hemophobia? What's that?" He asked with a confused look on his face?

"It's a phobia of fear of blood." I replied.

"Is that soo? Let me confirm." He grabbed his knife and made a deep cut on my nostrils.

"Aaahhhh!! What, why did you?!" I groaned in pain.

"Let's see now." He pressed his fingers against the wounds forcing the blood to flow quicker than usual.

Slowly the blood covered my left eye. And I began to panic.

My mind went blank, and my eyes started to roll.

"It's... Awful..." I whined as the fear took over me and just before I was going to fall unconscious Kim slapped my face.

"Wake up fella, it seems you were not lying." He made me seated on the floor and bent forward to me.

"Listen boys, don't cut his fingers, he would choose to cut his fingers than to jump in the pool of leeches. So tie him up and keep him dipped for one minute." He slowly moved forward and licked the blood from my face.

"No... Please!! Don't!!!" I yelled as I was dragged back to the bathing area.

When I was dragged inside my group was still there, and Yuun was looking at me with worried eyes.

"Tie him up!!" I was tied to a long rope and hanged like a corpse over the water.

Below me laid the pool with millions of leeches just waiting to feed on my blood.

"Loosen the rope!!" Ropes were loosened and I crashed into red water full of leeches.

"Ahhhh!!!" I screamed in pain and fear.

First, the blood water got into my eyes and ears and my hemophobia made it worse and then leeches present inside stuck on me and started sucking off the blood.

A regenerator can't be killed by slashing or by sucking all of his blood, but he can be killed by drowning. Hence I was dipped for one minute.

Each second grew longer and longer until the time limit of one minute was reached I passed out.

All the time I was inside I shook my body splashing the water everywhere. And it made everyone worried, they knew I won't die, but imagining my pain made them shiver.

When I was pulled out, my senses which were messed, but I could still see properly, and I could see Yuun rushing toward me.

Now that I mention her... She has tears in her eyes... Did something go into her eyes? And now she's pulling out all the leeches stuck on me.

I wanna scream, the sight of blood is making me go crazy, but my mouth wouldn't open up.

Yuun is naked... I don't think she minds... Maybe she has gone through a lot... Maybe it made her like this... I sound like a simp...

She is pretty...

"Sniff, you idiot! You stop saying me pretty when you are soo much roughed up!!" I could see more tears gushing through her eyes... But why is she moving he lips like that... Maybe... I'm too dizzy...

When I woke up I found myself back in our small room. And beside me, Yuun laid her head and sat on the floor.

"Yuun..." I called out her name.

"Zeno!? You awake??" She quickly snapped out of her sleep and gave all her attention to me.

"Yeah... How are you?" I asked I can't imagine the pain of something falling inside your eyes and not coming out.

"You idiot! Nothing went inside my eyes! I was crying for you!" She wiped off her tears.

"Crying..." I remembered myself being dipped inside the pool of leech.

"I was soo worried... I thought you lost all your senses!! You couldn't hear me or anyone! " she cried more and I kinda felt bad... I became too much of a nuisance.

I gently wrapped my arms around her, and hugged her, "It's ok... I'm alright now." I could feel her aura, it was white, she was sad and she felt the pain she was not lying. And her body felt warm.

"Sniff... You are bad... Very bad... I hate you..." She tightened her grip around me almost crushing me through her hug.

"I... I'm sorry Yuun..." I decided to give up to her strength and let her squeeze me as much as she wanted.

"You have hemophobia?" She asked still hugging me super tight.

"Yes, I do... It's a very serious one." I replied.

"Oh... I wish I could just take all your pain and suffering." She was a Lil disappointed when she spoke that.

"No... I don't want you to feel my pain, please I dont want to see someone for whom I care to suffer in front of me..." I gathered up the courage and kissed her on her forehead.

'He... He kissed my forehead... His lips are so soft... They are soo good... I wanted them on my lips...' Even though she wanted to, she didn't have enough courage for that.

"Zeno... They will give you your number before the meal... So get ready."

She gently embraced my face before letting me go.

'Zeno... I will give you everything... You deserve love. And I will give you... It may sound weird but... I'm ready to sacrifice all my happiness for you... I want to be with you...'

Authors Pov:-

Yuun couldn't understand her feelings, she no doubt fell in love, but she couldn't believe how fast things went, she had mixed feelings of guilt and love, guilt for taking over such an innocent boy, love because she has fallen head to toe for him.

" I wonder when will you confess..." Yuun wondered when will Zeno confess to her, and how magical that moment would be...
