Chapter 49 – Deduction

The ongoing battle between Notsack and White seemed like a normal battle between two equals but it wasn't.

They were both beings that stood above what was natural in this world, going beyond the known laws and norms to what one called abnormal phenomena.

They matched each other in speed at speeds that were inhuman and untrackable to the normal eyes.

The ground of this part of the city quaked, trembling with every exchange they performed.

White dodged Notsack's attack again.

And again.

And again.

The Lust Demon fumed with rage at his misses. In the past five minutes, he had not landed one successful hit on his opponent.

White jumped around and finally stopped a few metres ahead of the demon.

"You know, I've been searching for you for quite a while now," White remarked, "and now, it makes sense why I couldn't find you."
