DIARY ENTRY D-2 [2 months & 12 days before School reopens ]

Current age; 14 yrs

Hey Mea,

Happy New Year, although I'm not writing on New Year day but b'coz I'm writing on the first page of this diary and it is dated Jan 1.

I came back from Mom's home Yesterday. I stayed there for more than 6 months and now I'm busy loading my things back to my cupboard. It's one of my friend Gops b'day tomorrow and I've already sent an advance wish today. My parents are busy cleaning. Mom bought a new cupboard and my sis's busy playing with it. My brother's got an exam and mom's trying to get him to study. I've got an exam too but I haven't started studying yet.

Oh and there's this thing I wanted to say. The Corona virus. It's an infectious disease that attacks one's respiratory organs. Three people had died in my country by it until now. But in China over three thousand something died and many are infected. What makes this virus so dangerous is that there's no cure for this yet. This virus was first seen in China's Wuhan. There's no treatment for it and it's spreading like fire. We aren't allowed to go to public places and if we do we have to wear a mask and so on. How problematic.

Some are telling that this virus is human-made, that it was made in a laboratory in Wuhan. Some are even saying that this virus is going to kill all humans and the world is going to end. But I hope that they're all just myths.

And there's another thing spreading at my state. There's some kind of infection spreading among hens so we're not allowed to eat chicken too. Maybe I could bear living without going outside for days but not without chicken. ( 7 days without chicken makes one weak) I hope all this would pass quickly before my next class starts on June.
