Raya's POV

I stood beside Phillip's bed, watching for any movements but there was none. He was unconscious but was breathing and the doctors had said that they couldn't do much because he was barely alive.

Those in the estate had decided to keep the alpha's condition a secret from the people because they hoped for his recovery. Well, I was here to make sure that didn't happen. Of course, I wasn't here because I was worried about Phillip. No. On the contrary, I came to check why he wasn't dead yet.

I had been feeding him with poison for over a week now. It was my way of getting back at him for disrespecting me over and over again. The blood moon pack was the most prestigious werewolf pack in all the lands and we did not need an alpha who couldn't handle himself.
