The Guild

Arnold, who was the soldier in silver armour, pointed his finger towards the direction where the guild was supposed to be.

Leon and Emily who disguised themselves as Lucas and Julie looked in the direction that Arnold pointed. The place was very different from those he had seen before, The road is well maintained and the area was neatly cleaned. The buildings were large and painted white.

Leon turned towards Arnold, who had shown them the way to the guild."Thanks for the help, Arnold!!"

"It's nothing much!" Arnold said as he look away.

Yuan looked at Emily and she nodded her head at him. they walked in the direction where Arnold pointed.

The place looks like a place where nobles live, but it wasn't the case. There are signboards placed in every building, Leon felt like he was in Europe in medieval times.

'Those writings were unusual but I can read them, how strange?" He said inwardly, that latter didn't resemble any language from the earth, it was unexpected for him to be able to read.

'How is that possible? Is it because of the system?' He said inwardly. It was very strange for him to be able to read a language that he have never seen before, so he suspected that the system was behind all of this.

[Ding! As expected of the shameless basterd...*cough* I mean Host, it's all because you possess the cutest system in the world!] The system said.

Hearing the answer from the system, Leon vain popes out of anger. How can a system harass him on her own master?

"Hmmm, am I a master or a shameless basterd to you?" Leon said in his mind. He was very irritated by the system. It even dared to refer to him as that. it was too much for him to not get angry.

[Huhh, what are you talking about Master?] The system acts like he doesn't know anything.

"Hahaha, You tsundere of a system, how can you not remember it, it's only a few seconds have passed?" Leon asked while letting out a chuckle.

[What are you talking about, are you hurt somewhere? Go and see a doctor if you are hurt or it will get serious!] The system said in a mockery tone of her.

Leon couldn't say anything back to the system, she was completely speechless by the system's claim. How far can this tsundere system lower herself?

'Only iron can cut iron, let me give you a taste of your own medicine to you, he hehehe' Leon said inwardly laughing at the system.

"What a pity, I thought after receiving a system would make my life better but I can not imagine that my luck would be this bad. I got a system with a brain of a fish that only lasts for a second, what a pity!!" Leon said laughing inwardly.

The system didn't say anything to Leon and became silent.

'Now, I'm feeling good!' Leon said inwardly after defeating the system in the mockery competition. After defeating the system he felt like a huge weight have been lifted from his shoulders.

Leon turned toward Emily who was walking beside him and looked at her, Emily was acting like a child who first time came to a shopping mall. Her eyes sparkled as she saw a variety of stores open near the road. She has only come out of the slum at a time when her parents were still alive.

" Emily, let's go to the guild and register ourselves first then we will look around!" Leon said.

"That's what I am also thinking! We both don't know how much money we need to register ourselves in the guild, it would be a wise choice to not use the money before we register at the guild." Emily said as she nodded her head at Leon.

After a few minutes of walking, they both reached a tall and large building. The building was very old and rusty, it was based on Roman Architecture design. The building has a very big and bulky wooden door with a mini window made out of the middle of the door. It was very common in the medieval era.

He walked close to the door and tried to push the door as he heard people's chattering coming from the inside he halted for a bit.

"Hey, I heard last night Max caught his lover having sex with the Mad sword!"

"I also heard it somewhere!"

"That son of a bitch is showing his balls after becoming an A rank!"

As the conversation was going on, the door was opened by a young man as he walks in. He was accompanied by a beautiful girl with purple hair that matches her very well, she was wearing very cheap clothes but still stands out in her beauty.

It was very unexpected for such a beauty to visit the Adventures Guild of this branch, this Carran city serves as a border town of the Credia Kingdom. The people present in the guild look at the pair with a surprised expression.

Specially they looked at Leon whose clothing was very unusual to them. also, the guild members were not an exception to this, despite their gazes at them Leon didn't even show them any change of expression on his face, he was very calm at this moment.

Ignoring all those people they both walked toward the counter table, where a female attendance was looking through the paperwork.

The female attendance noticed the arrival of Leon and Emily, she lifted her head to look at them. She saw a handsome young man with unusual clothing and a girl with purple hair in front of her desk.

"Hello, sir and madam, how may I help you!" The attendance greeted Leon and Emily with a smile.

"Hi, I am Leon and this is my wife Emily! We would like to register as an adventurer!" Leon said while holding Emily's hand.

"It won't take much time, by the way, I am Ava, nice to meet you both Leon and Emily!" Said the attendant.
