Adelaide, please wake up, don't leave me please. You know you are the only one I have , Stacy cried as she tried to wake her up.

Luna please save my friend, she's innocent , please save her. She's a good and kind soul, please don't let her die , Stacy wailed as she begged Luna Lucy.

Luna Lucy walked to where Ade is lying and sprinkled water on her. She then shaked her till she woked up.

The moment Ade woked up, she started crying pitifully and hugged Stacy. They hugged as if no one was around.

When she calmed down, Ade asked Stacy why she was slapped by the alpha and why her dress was wet.

Adelaide, tell me the truth, were you the one who placed the dirty plate in front of the king, Luna asked her.

No please, I washed and cleaned all the plates and cutlery before arranging them on the table, she replied sincerely.

Are you sure of what you are saying, because you have to know that you will be punished severely when found guilty, she told her.

Am very sure Luna, I didn't place the dirty place there. I swear on my life that am innocent of what I'm being accused of.

Okay, if you say so then I will investigate this matter and punish the culprit irrespective of that persons status , Luna Lucy promised her.

Now Stacy help her to the pack infirmary and tell the doctor I'm the one who sent you there.

Tell her to treat her well, I don't want her to become sick because of what happened.

They leave for the infirmary under the gaze of everyone . When they got there, the doctor was hesitating to treat her but after Stacy told her who sent them, she obediently treated her.

Luna Lucy gave them one week free period to rest and also updated their status from omega's to assistant chefs.

Stacy and Adelaide did not understand why the Luna was acting this good towards them. Even though they were happy about their new position, they still had fear within them.

They suspected that it was the calm before the storm. But anyways, they placed that thought at the back of their minds and enjoyed life as it was.

Two days before Stacy and Adelaide were promoted, Luna Lucy was in her room when her only son Nat knocked on her door and seeked her attention on something.

Mom please I have something to confess, and I'm pleading with you to forgive me before i start talking . Please don't let dad hear about it else he will be disappointed in me.

Please promise me mom, not to let anyone hear of what am about to say, he pleaded with his mom. I can bear your punishment but not your anger and disappointment, he said.

Okay, I promise not to tell him anything so go on and tell me what is eating you up this instance and stop wasting my time.

Mom, I was the one who plotted against Adelaide, he said. What!!!! why did you do that Son.

Don't you know what you did was a very serious crime. She could have died from that slap okay, she cried out.

Am very sorry mom, I just wanted to prank her, I never knew dad would take it that far. Am really sorry mom.

You were the who spoiled the situation not your dad, she said. I told you about your dad's mood in advance so why did you do that.

Am really sorry mom, that's why I came here.I really want to apologize to her but am afraid that others will find out and criticize me . That's why I came to ask for your help.

I know you are the only one who can help me solve this mess. I really need your help mom. My guilty conscience is killing me Mom, he cried out as he laid his head on his mom's lap.

Luna Lucy couldn't bear to see his son in this state that's why he upgraded the status of Stacy and Adelaide just to repay them for what her son did.

She knows that what she did was not right but as a mom, she couldn't stand to see his precious son in pain.

She promised herself to make sure that the status of being an omega will be abolished one day.
