The kingdom of Ranoa, the largest country in the northern region of the central continent, with the same kind of power and influence as the kingdom of Shirone in the south, had an alliance with the duchy of Basherant and Neris thus forming the three magic nations and also having close ties with the magician's guild.

The headquarters of this entire alliance is gathered here, the magic city of Sharia, in this city is the headquarters of the magician's guild, the magic implements workshop, and the magic university.

All of this was pushed into this flourishing city.
