Chapter 3

It's been a year since that encounter, I still see them from time to time, at least until some months later they stopped coming,

I guess this is the time when Rudeus left to work

One thing I found out is I can change my hair color, but I mostly stayed with white my original hair color , I wonder how many advantages the 'No Named God' gave me or is it even an advantage, since it's just hair color, maybe not.

I never really walked any further than the tree close to my house, so today I've decided to take a walk around the village to find another resting place

As I walked, I've been getting some weird looks, I wondered if its because of my clothing?

My outfit is a color grey robe, with designs I just added while I was making it, yes I made it, quite simple actually with the use of magic

Since I made this I wore it every day, but I guess it's the first time anyone besides Rudeus and Sylphy really saw me, and they didn't ask anything or tell me it was weird, so i thought it was normal

"Hey you there, are you a mage" One middle aged man walk towards me and asked "I guess" I said tilting my head to the side, and continued my walk

"Hey wait, can you do me a favor and make it rain?" Asked the man

"Pay me" I said

"What"

"Pay me and I'll do it"

"So you can make it rain"

"Huh? Of course I can" I answered still confused what the man was playing at

"Fine I will, how much do you want?"

"A silver coin"

"Nope too much"

"10 large copper coins?"

"Hey that's just the same amount! 2 large copper coins how about it?"

"6" I said

"What! no what about 3?"

"5"

"4 and that's it" said the man getting annoyed

"Deal, so how strong do you wan it to be?"

"Enough to water all the crops of the Village" He said smirking, probably thinking I can't do it

"Pay me first"

"Oh? what if you'll just run with the money"

Said the man still smirking

"Fine" I said as I raised my left hand ang summon a big cloud of rain maybe as strong as cumulonimbus but definitely much much bigger, so it can cover the whole village

The man's jaw dropped not believing what he was seeing "No way" The man looked at me and said "That was at least a king ranked one"

I made an umbrella to not get myself wet from the rain "Pay up" I said to the man

"Ugh! fine" he pulled out 4 large copper coins and gave it to me

"that'll last for 2 hours" I said to the man

I continued my walk still holding my umbrella and applied magic to my feet to not get them dirty and wet

I walked past what appears to be Rudeus house if I'm not mistaken, and I was not

I saw Sylphy and Lilia through the window with Lilia teaching Sylphy something

Sylphy saw me and looked at me weirdly before recognizing me and yelling very loudly "ANGY!"

Lilia took notice of me, then who I'm assuming Paul said "Oh Sylphy your friend?"

Sylphy didn't know what to answer, she didn't think were friends, but besides Rudeus I'm the only one of close to her age who doesn't hate and try to hurt her

"No, well maybe, I don't know"

"What?" Asked Paul

"We know each other, Me and Rudy often play or practice magic while he just watch or most of the time sleep"

"I see, why don't we invite him in to talk for bit, HEY ANGY ISN'T IT!?"

"Yes?" I looked back and saw Paul approaching me, and put his hands on my shoulder

"Why don't you come in, I've heard from Sylphy that your acquainted with Her and Rudy?" He asked though not even letting me answer he pulled me in and sat me down on one of the tables
