Atlas...a snowy weather, at least it was better than rain.

I'm sitting on top of a building watching a gaurd shout at his subordinates in the distance.

' Then that means I'll have to leave clues as well... but my scent should be enough. ' I thought as I observed the trucks filled with guards.

' They are on a hunt.' I concluded as followed by jumping on the rooftops.

As the armored trucks moved, I increased my speed as I didn't disturb the snow on the ground except imprinting my footprints.

for a few miles, the armored truck stopped at a luxurious hotel.

A man with a coat guarded by mercenaries entered the truck along with a young woman.

' A VIP.' I thought as I observed the mercenaries.

They were average, former soldiers from how disciplined and organized they were.

They had guns along along with a few other weapons like a knife or grenade.

The government official was then transferred.

' He's spooked. I'm not surprised.' I thought as I followed one of Atlas government officials, but also a lap dog for the schnee company. Jacques Schnee.

From my investigation, Jacques Schnee is a cunning man who married the daughter of the former Schnee Dust Company.

I didn't care, really. But with how much dirt I found from a day's investigation meant, there were more and darker secrets I have yet to discover, but that is for another time.

I remained focused as I needed to follow this man.

' But why bring a mistress? I'm sure he should've known he's being followed or watched. After all the clues weren't that hard to find.' I narrowed my eyes as I followed the truck.

A few minutes later, as the truck stopped at a mansion from across the city.

' No, I was wrong...this idiot doesn't care about the threat. I see it now. He thinks he's above everything.' I looked at the official hold his mistress into the mansion.

That sleazy smile, along with his eyes shining in anticipation.

' No... this is even better. A slave auction. This could be my time to shine.' I thought as I followed the man into the building.

The seats were filled to the brim as everyone waited in anticipation.

I teleported on top of a support beam as I watched the holograms show slaved that described their talents and highlighted their abilities.

I was all too numb to this kind of stuff already as I observed the room.

There were smart ones who used masks, but was proved useless as I saw through them with transparent view.

" No. 687! Here we have a wolf! an animal that's great for protection, and..."

These people saw these slaves as pets.

I observed the gaurds here and noticed they were mercenaries as well, but they seemed stronger and more experienced.

' Is that Aura?' I narrowed my eyes as I looked at a mercenary who was covered by an orange hue as I looked at him with my eyes of fate.

I cupped my chin.

' I could do this the easy way or the hard way. The easy way is by doing this fast and taking out the strongest or the hard way by having some fun.' I looked at the ceiling in deep thought.

With a smile, I looked below me to see a guard patrolling the main aisle.

' Taking dirty money...yup! today you die!' I jumped down as I plunged my blade on the back of his skull.

The sound of him falling to the ground attracted everyone's attention.

Everyone froze in shock as I smiled at their expressions as they soon turned to fear.

The announcer was stunned as he looked from the stage.

" How...???" Before he could speak, a kunai found its way inside his mouth.

Gurgle of blood only came out as I lowered my arm.

Panic ensues along with screams of terror as they watch the announcer fall to his knees before hitting his head to the ground.

" Everyone remain calm, I'll be killing you in a second." I spoke as no one listened.

I shrugged as I pulled out a steel wire before turning my body and catching the arm of a gaurd who tried to attack from behind.

the steel wire tor through his flesh and bones before tearing his arms to pieces.

" A! Aaaahhhh! " He screamed as he looked at his arm before looking at me.

The same addicting feeling came back as i watched with glee as the man kneeled to the ground, trying to stop the bleeding.

I tilted my head to dodge a bullet as I looked to see a few more gaurds shaking as they aimed at me.

I raised my arms in surrender.

" Alright, you got me... Safe words are apple pie."

They looked confused as I flicked my wrist to them a card.

it was a Joker card, and to be honest, I didn't know its effects as I made every joker card random.

' Guess I'll bet on Hakar... Ahem! I meant I'll bet on my luck.'I thought as I flicked it to the gaurds.

" Move away!!" The mercenary with an orange Aura shouted, but it was too late.

The gaurds flinched and reeled backward to see cats.

My summon cats.

Meow?

An orange cat tilted its head as I slowly stepped back.

Her eyes focused on me as I felt a shiver run through my spine before relaxing as the cat focused on the gaurds.

An Orange cat or a member of one of the deadly Neko clans, It's attribute? Chaos.

They even have a better understanding of chaos than me as I slowly stepped back.

" Meow?" The cat meowed again as it looked at the gaurds.

The gaurds mistaken the embodiment of chaos as a regular cat chuckled as they turned their heads towards me.

" Oi? is this a joke...??" He didn't even finish his sentence as he felt the blood splash onto his face.

His eyes widened as he looked at the orange cat, who licked the crimson blood from his paws.

' So much for fun.' I thought as the cat unleashed its true potential in this room.

As for the people who participated in this auction? They were locked in here with a cat who is the calamity of chaos and destruction.

In a few seconds, I stood in a room covered in blood and littered with corpes that were unrecognizable.

I stared at the cat, who was also staring at me.

" Meow?" She tilted her head again.

" You ruined the fun." I complained.

" Meow!" The cat replied with glee before licking its paws again.

" Didn't Lady Suki banish you?" I asked as the cat hissed.

" Still... Where's Lay?"

" Meow." The cat responded.

I nodded.

" So she's chasing Shiro... that explains why I haven't seen him. he's running for his life." I nodded in understanding.

" Meow." She replied.

I sighed as I hesitantly picked up Eri.

The war criminal, the deadliest cat and destroyer of fishes.

She has committed so many war crimes... more than I have.

" Sigh, well, since you're here." I spoke as put Eri on my shoulder who moved into my hoodie.

shaking my head, I looked back to the stage to see the wolf faunus shaking on the ground in horror along with a few others.

I deadpanned as I realized Eri traumatized these slaves.
