Also reasonable, a jackass that can travel to any worlds willy nilly without cooldowns or price is just too OP. Maybe if its your own power but I wouldn't want to rely on the system too much. I read 'I hate systems' and 'World After Apocalypse' enough to say that I wouldn't want to rely on them.

If I can increase synchro rate by acquiring experience, skills and knowledge related to the character, that means that it would probably take me years to achieve 100%.
