Ch. 26- A Hospital Visit

On the day before the funeral, John and the Rhodes twins went to visit Mr. Lee at the Apollo Hospital in Lapis, one of the four districts of the capital region, Moon. Alex didn't come as he had to help his father with some work. Luna was, as always, busy shopping with her rich friends in Midnight City.

"Whoa. Lapis is such a rich and noble city!" said Pico as he saw the huge fountain statue of Silver Moon at the Silver square, where cars and people were flowing like currents.

"Yeah, it's hard to believe that this was once a place like Midnight, but ever since Moon was declared the capital region of Plus, it started flourishing with riches like hell." said John as he looked at the map on his phone for directions to the Apollo hospital and carried a bouquet of flowers for Mr. Lee.

"Oh, I wish if dad would make us live here instead of that stinky old city." said Pika as she saw the noble men and women sipping their morning hot beverages at the rich cafes near the square.
