Sophia Jackson didn't expect that as soon as she arrived, her future sister-in-law had set her up.

But she wasn't the type to let herself be bullied easily.

Immediately, she put on a polite smile, "You must be Ava, right?"

Ava Nelson replied with a similar smile, although her eyes were full of disdain, "Yes, sis...ter-in-law, hello."

It was as if she intended to separate the words 'sister-in-law', expressing her dislike of Sophia.

Sophia spoke calmly, "If I remember correctly, you're married, right?"

Ava Nelson: "..."

Ava Nelson's previously smug expression cracked instantly because of Sophia's words.

She wasn't stupid; of course, she knew that Sophia's words were a veiled criticism. She was originally supposed to marry Sophia's uncle, but because of another woman's interference, she had to marry a rich second generation who only knew how to eat, drink and have fun.

She often returned to her parents' house and hardly stayed at her husband's house.
