We sit in silence in the room. I am standing at the window, looking outside as the darkness starts to creep in.
"We should go check on them," Nicole says and I nod in agreement.
We walk outside and down the hall. Other students look at us, we are the new students so this is to be expected. The pass by the lounging area by the dormitories and whispers follow us as we pass by.
"I have never been the new kid in my life, this is fun," Dawn says as he snickers at the students staring.
"It will pass, we just need to keep our heads down until we can find a way out of this mess we are in," I say as we head towards the east wing, where the hospital is located.
"I don't think it's so bad, we might actually like it here," Nicole says and dawn shoots her an incredulous look.
