CHAPTER 1: THE STRANGE OCCURRENCE

Luna gazed out of her bedroom window, entranced by the full moon's silvery glow. She felt an inexplicable restlessness, as if the night called to her. Her parents, Aurora and Eli, had always been secretive about their family's past, but Luna sensed a connection to the mysterious and unknown.

As she drifted off to sleep, a sudden, searing pain shot through her body. She felt her heart race, her senses heighten, and her body begin to shift. Luna's hands transformed into claws, her senses exploded, and her vision turned yellow.

She stumbled outside, losing control. The forest beckoned, and she surrendered to its call. The transformation took hold, and Luna's human form gave way to a creature she didn't recognize.

The next morning, Luna awoke in her bed, confused and shaken. The memory of the night before seemed like a dream, but the scratches on her hands and the lingering sense of something wild within her told a different story.
