Blackbeard had been killing escaped inmates and gaining their devil fruits. He killed Bryndi World and took his fruit, he recruited Patrick Redfield, Dobby Ibadanbo, Doha Ittanka II, and Arlong. Bringing them up and giving them devil fruits from the people he somehow stole them from.

The More-More fruit, the Speed fruit, the Kitsune fruit, the Plasma fruit, the Blood fruit, etc.

Arlong refused to join initially, but Blackbeard told him that the Straw Hat kid was still alive, which made Arlong see red. Blackbeard told him that he was naturally gifted with superior strength but he could be even stronger with his help, making Arlong finally turn and agree to join his crew even though he was a human.

Blackbeard sailed away from Impel Down for the second time, heading to Dress Rosa.

He had a meeting with Doflamingo and tried to recruit him, only to be refused. Blackbeard just chuckled and said that he would be back eventually, leading Doflamingo to scoff at his confidence and give him a warning to fuck off.

Blackbeard didn't mind and let him know that he could join at anytime before leaving.

He settled on Hachinosu and started training the new recruits with the rest, though they didn't want to. He told them that they had no choice, because the other Emperors were too strong and even though they were strong, they needed to get even stronger. His crew reluctantly agreed with him and started their training along with the newbies' training.

The Marines also had a change of staff as Sengoku retired and left the position to be fought over. Akainu won the fight and Aokiji left the Marines because he didn't agree with Akainu's warped sense of Justice, the Marines were back to 3 admirals and one Fleet Admiral, but they were recruiting crazily.

Akainu personally trained new Admirals himself, getting the Earth Logia, and a Mythical Winged Tiger Zoan. He trained his own men before giving them the fruits and announcing the 5 new Admirals with the inclusion of the Earth Logia and the Winged Tiger Zoan.

The Gorosei were much happier with Akainu in charge. He was easy to manipulate so he was perfect for them. Marines became much more active everywhere, hunting down pirates left and right.

The Balance of Power was tilting in favor of the Marines, but that was only on the surface. After Whitebeard announced the One Piece was real before his death, the Pirates around the world surged, revitalizing the near dead pirate era, making the Marines have more to deal with in terms of Pirates.

Though, most of them were just whatever pirates, some of them were real power houses! Roger's Era of Piracy was stimulated yet again with Whitebeard's death, making the seas more dangerous as Pirates crawled out of every hole there was.

Buggy started his business and became a warlord.

Law became a warlord.

And several other pirates just vanished off the earth.

Kaido was among the 4 Emperors now along with Shanks, Zerotwo, and Hiro. Though there was speculation of adding another Emperor since Zerotwo and Hiro were a couple. The elders were firm on only having 4 Emperors.

Linlin was some pull due to being a previous Emperor and basically a shadow Emperor, because the new ones were just stronger than her. She finally got her delivery from Shiki, who flew away after, not dealing with her bullshit in any way.

Hiro arrived and morphed the New Tottoland to how she wanted it as per the agreement. Basically, it was a giant circle with 6 islands around it in a Hexagon shape. The circle Island was Whole Cake Island and the others were the Ingredients as before but this time, her island was a lot better looking with set districts and the castle in the middle surrounded by a city.

The Tea Party plateau was in front of the castle and in a giant square as the circle was cut off into 5 parts, the circle in the center and 4 sections around it in a ring. One was a forest, the other a mountain area, another was a city, and finally the 'front' of the island was a massive harbor with a candy city surrounding it.

Linlin was satisfied and Hiro left telling her that she would have to recalibrate her Eternal Poses. He naturally didn't skimp out on details, they had a deal, he always followed through on deals honestly. That's just who he was. Though he could've just taken it by force, that would give him a headache from her retaliation.

In his mind, the annoying pestering if an old fatty was just not worth it. So he went down this peaceful route.

He had already gotten rid of her factory on Fish-man Island anyway, they had no more relations.

Though someone gave an anonymous tip to the Marines that New Tottoland was changed and Big Mom was strengthening her forces to be stronger than before, ordering a lot of devil fruits from Doflamingo.

Hiro swore it actually wasn't him and Linlin believed him, which meant she had a spy somewhere. Hiro washed his hands and backed out of her business, leaving her to her own devices as he went to do his own thing.

Time passed

Hiro and Zerotwo were sitting on Demon Flower Island, when they got word of guests. They were confused and went to see, Hiro trembled in rage at the sight and Zerotwo giggled saying "Welcome back, Izzy."
