Chapter 7 The Demon Realm

As Targon ready himself to travel to the demon realm to meet Grogar, everyone of Targon's allies, friends, family and Sunset would ask Targon are you sure about this to which Targon would say he has to, Targon would explain why he is going to the demon realm to which after hearing Targon explanation they understood. Targon reason for going to the demon realm was to reduce the size of the demon invasion force. Targon would then use his powers to summon a gate that would lead to the demon world, at the top of the door was a passage in an unknown language but to Targon he knew what it says which was abandon all hope ye who enter here which the only thing that waits all who enter is despair and eternal pain just before he passed through the gate he would explain the layout of the demon realm which was the inspiration for Dante's inferno. The real layout of the demon realm was as follows the first three circles was where all lesser demons held residence, the forth, fifth and six circles was for the mid-tier demons which included vampires, the seventh and eighth circles was for all greater demons with the strongest of guarding the gates to the ninth circle which was Grogar's citadel. Targon would request that Victor accompany him to which Victor said he can't because what happened in Victor's past to which Targon states that one can out run their past forever and eventually one has to face the past no matter how painful which Targon understands better than anyone. Targon and Victor would then pass through the gate while Targon uses his power to create a window some everyone can see what is happening in the demon realm. Targon and Victor would enter the demon realm first circle then Targon would release a small pressure from his elemental powers combined with his demon powers which terrified the lesser demons, Targon and Victor would then head to the castle of the vampires where Victor would reunite with people he never thought he see again, as they both enter the castle at first they stoped by the castle guards but they would stand down after seeing Victor, the guards would escort Targon and Victor to meet the leader of the vampires who is called Marceline which surprised Victor because he was once one of Victor's retainers. Marceline would demand to know why Victor has returned and who is the person with is to which Victor states Targon asked him to come so Victor could face his past. Hear this Marceline and the rest of the vampires were surprised to see Victor take orders from a dragon and would dare to return after all these centuries. Targon then grab a large chalice and would fill it with a large mount of his blood so is to show the vampires why Targon has come to the demon realm. After all the vampires in the room took a sip of Targon's blood they all Targon has endure over the last five thousand years, they were able to see Targon's memories was because of an ability the vampires have that allows them to see the memories of people they had drank blood from. Once they realize that Targon is a Vampire Lord they all would stand down and allow them to pass to the seventh circle but warned them that the greater demons will be unreasonable and a female vampire named Asphodel would ask Targon that when he reaches the gate of the ninth circle to not kill a demon named Zeldros to which Targon would say he will try. Targon and Victor would enter the seventh circle Targon would now have to fight an army of greater demons who are being lead by three familiar faces. The three familiar faces leading the grater demons were king Sombra, the pony of shadows and the storm king. Targon would succeed in defeated Sombra's, shadow pony and storm king's armies amazing everyone witnessing how Targon uses his elemental powers he would also manage to defeat the demonic commandments who were lead by Zeldros the demon Asphodel asked Targon not to kill which Targon would keep his word because he understood why it was Asphodel was in love with Zeldros and he was in love Asphodel but they could not be together because of the demon hierarchy. Targon would then use his powers to bring light to the demon realm as well as heal demons who were of good character. As Targon was about to enter Grogar's citadel the demonic royal guard tried to stop Targon but they failed. Targon would come face to face with Grogar. Grogar would be very different then his original form, Grogar's current form was bipedal but kept his ram legs, hand grasping hands, his horns had not change but his face was oni like. Grogar would demand to know why Targon is here to which Targon state he is here to keep from interfering with Stendhal war to which Grogar refuses at first but then Targon would make a bet with Grogar which was if Targon could beat Grogar with just one attack then Grogar would agree to stay out of Stendhal's war and if Targon lost he and his followers would do whatever Grogar wants. Grogar would agree to Targon's bet thus the two would ready themselves to win, Targon would suggest the single attack they should is an energy beam which Grogar agreed. The two would then fire two powerful beams toward each other. As the beams collided at first they seemed evenly match then Targon's beam was being pushed back, to those that known Targon better then any know he would not lose then they realize that Targon is fake it, at the last moment Targon put more power into his attack which was pushing Grogar's beam back while Grogar uses all the power he has to win but was not enough Targon would then mock Grogar by using only one hand for his beam then just three fingers in the shape of a pistol. Targon would win and send Grogar flying to the wall with his horns breaking off from the shockwave then Targon would state the difference between their powers. Targon would state that Grogar's source power is he negative emotions and his desire for revenge while the source of Targon's power comes from the original scource which is revealed when the chest plate covering Targon would crack and fall from the shockwave reveal the Aurathon had imbedded in his chest shocking everyone because they have never seen a crystal that embedded in a living beings chest. Grogar would realize Targon is the Prime Meridia which meant Targon is the primordials champion, Targon would state he was not using his full power shocking everyone Targon would tell everyone in his home realm, the demon realm and the human world to brace themselves because Targon was going to show everyone what he calls primal pressure full power, Targon would release all his primal pressure which would shake all three worlds and surprise all the people who are baring witness because they never felt such power, the feeling everyone got from Targon's primal pressure was they could barely stand some would state that they could barely breath, Targon would then seal back up his primal pressure. Targon would then state unlike Grogar he has more restraint and that he was only using 70% of his power against Grogar shocking everyone he would also state that he is not worth his full power. Targon would state that since he had won Grogar would not support Stendhal. Targon would state that if any of the demons that Targon encountered when he arrived have any hostile motives towards his people he will kill them, Targon would state that Grogar is on borrowed time, those watching from the human world and Targon's home realm realized that he has no intention letting Grogar live implying that once Stendhal is dead Grogar is next to die. Targon requested that Zeldros to escort Targon and Victor to the vampires castle. Targon, Victor and Zeldros would arrive at the vampires castle where Targon would strike a secrete deal with Zeldros who happens to be Grogar's son one that will change the demon realm forever.
