Kiss at The Library

"What do you think?" Megumi asked when she got a floral dress that is hanged at the rack on the side. The girls are currently at a dress shop which is also part of the night market.

"This one looks good." Yua got a black sleeveless dress and she compared it with the floral dress that Megumi got.

"The black one looks like a night gown because it is made with silk." Fumiko chuckled and she also pointed the hem of it because it is an above-knee dress.

"Shall we get the same design but with different colors?" Mizuki asked and she got the same dress that Yua is holding but with a different color.

"Are you gonna seduce Hokuto with that?" Mizuki blushed with what Megumi said. They are not a couple. How can she even seduce him?

"We can all have the same design. It may be useful in the future." Ichika suddenly said as she already got the same ones with different colors.

After buying the dresses, they went to the next shop which is for accessories. There are so much cheap items to buy and Ichika remembered that Riku gave her some money to spend with the babies. She sighed at the thought of Riku being a dad to these big babies. It feels like he is spoiling everyone with what they like and want.

Meanwhile, the boys are just around the food stalls and pigging out. They are at the side and eating the corndogs that they bought, waiting for the girls to finish with shopping.

"Let's try the takoyaki and fried noodles later." Hokuto said as he saw the takoyaki and fried noodles stalls next to each other.

"I want some waffles with ice cream." Makoto added and Riku just nodded his head while eating the corndog.

"How about the girls? They are not yet done with the shopping." Hokuto added and Riku stood up from his seat to buy some drinks for them.

"We need energy later. I'm sure we will be the ones to carry those bags filled with everything they bought." Makoto said and Hokuto helped Riku with the drinks.

The new academic year has started. Now that the babies are already in their first year in university, they need to adjust since the environment is much different. They are no longer wearing uniforms. As long as their clothes are decent, the guards will let them in.

The freshmen needed to attend the orientation while the old students are already attending their classes. Ichika got the notebook and pen from the bag to write some key points from the professor's lesson but Riku got her hand instead and slid his fingers through hers to hold it tight. She found this sweet but annoying since she can't write on the notes properly. He gently pulled her closer to him, making her scoot her chair closer as well. She glared at him but he just smiled while holding her hand tightly.

Half of the day ended quickly and everyone at the corridors are so noisy, especially those freshmen. It is the first day after all. Ichika quickly let Riku's hand go when they saw the babies coming.

"There are so many people at the cafeteria. They don't have any vacant seats." Mizuki whined and with that, they decided to eat lunch at their favorite café.

"We still have two classes later after lunch. The babies should go home already after this." She said when their orders arrived already.

Days, weeks and months quickly passed by and she heard news from Makoto. Right after Hokuto and Mizuki became an official couple, the man from Mizuki's past suddenly sent her a mail. Makoto told her about it and she got worried that this might ruin the couple's relationship. She also learned that Makoto didn't let Mizuki leave the house for some days, so that she will not go out and see the man. After this incident, everything is good again. It is so calm before the storm. Everything seems to be perfect for them and they don't even know that there is a bomb which is intended to explode later on.

Another academic year had passed and they are already in their third year. Within the first month, their professor told them to make a research. As usual, Riku is her partner. She is waiting outside the train station, looking at her wrist watch since it is already nine in the morning. She heaved a sigh when she finally saw Riku rushing towards her. He must have overslept.

"Until what time will you make me wait?" She asked with a raised brow. She got the tickets from her pocket and gave one to him. She was expecting that he will be late because he sent her last night a text message that he can't sleep.

"I’m sorry. I'll treat you lunch as peace offering. Forgive me already." Riku pouted like a puppy with his hands clasped together like he is praying.

"Really? You will treat me lunch?" She furrowed her brows but deep inside, she wants to smile already. He nodded his head many times and wrapped his arm around her shoulders.

She glared at him and nudged his stomach with her elbow, making him whimper in pain. She hid her blushing face because she felt how firm his body is.

They have been together as friends and classmates for more than two years but until now, he is courting her. He told her that he can wait but sometimes, she is getting worried that he might find someone better than her.

Ichika is currently at the library and re-reading her notes for the upcoming examinations. It is so noisy that she can't even focus. She looked around and the library is almost full with students who are also studying for the examinations.

It is hell week and every hell week means a week of frustrations and sufferings. She wanted to curse those professors who are putting questions on the papers but didn't even discuss the topic during classes. She is not worried about it though. She can manage to finish the examinations on time even though some professors are jerk. She got up from her seat and closed all the books she borrowed from the shelves.

She carried the books in her arms and went back between the shelves where she got those. The book cart is full, so she decided not to give more work to the librarian. When she arrived there, she saw Riku reading a book. She bit her lower lip now that he is wearing eyeglasses. He looks so handsome with it but she will never admit that. She put the books back to its shelves. She excused herself and tried to put the last book on the shelf but it is too high.

"Let me." He got the book and put it on the empty space. Her eyes widened when she felt his arms around her waist.

She turned around and saw him smiling. She should not get surprised with his actions anymore. She knows his habit of kissing her in the library and now, he is doing it again. He pulled her closer and started to kiss her lips deeply. She blinked her eyes for a few times but slowly, she closed it and started to kiss him back. There are lots of student in the library and yet, no one is even noticing that they are making out between the shelves.

She wrapped her arms around him and her hand started to caress his back. Riku tilted his head a bit to the side and deepened the kiss but after a few minutes of making out, they quickly broke the kiss because they suddenly heard footsteps approaching.

"Let's have lunch together." Riku placed his hand on top of her head and she nodded while blushing furiously.
