"Not to mention the other queens have also had people try to get close to them just because of their wealth or identity." Gracie continued.
"So, tell me what's holding you back from accepting."
Michael looked at her side profile as she looked out over the city and had to admit she was on a similar level to the other girls.
"Fear." He said looking back over the city again.
"Of what?"
"Of myself."
"Excuse me?" Alex said, turning to see him looking out over the city with a serious expression.
"How much do you know of the conversations I have had with your four queens?" Michael asked.
"Enough, to do our job right we have to keep tabs on everything unless asked not too by them." Alex answered.
"So, you know I turned down those shares Sarah offered me and her suggestion that I did it because I fear I would become corrupted from wealth and power."
"So that's it, you're worried that will happen to you?" Alex confirmed
"Yes, I have never been wealthy, barely having enough money to survive day to day for the bills and food." Michael answered before continuing.
"As for power what power does a kid from and orphanage who later grew up on the streets have?"
"I see what you're getting at but honestly I don't think it's a problem because there is a failsafe in place for that." Alex stated.
"Oh, what fail safe." He asked
"Well first there is the fact that whenever my queens make a decision for their corporation, they always cast a vote as am sure you saw at the party, right?"
Michael nodded in agreement before Alex continued.
"Well, if you do pass the test and stand on equal footing as them and get a vote, the other four would still need to agree with you for whatever it is you wanted to pass."
"So, what you mean is if I make a stupid decision or get corrupted, I can't fuck up the corporation on my own?" Michael asked to confirm.
"Yup basically, as for being corrupted by your money and using it to harm others well that's one of the things we shadows watch out for and put a stop to if it happens."
"So don't worry if you do something stupid like that, I will kill you." Alex said with a smile.
"Gee thanks, maybe by the end of the year all four of your shadows will have shot me."
"You never know, keep teasing me as you have, and I may very well shoot you anyway." Alex teased.
"Ok I surrender I surrender to the all-powerful shadow of death." Michael joked while putting his hands up in surrender.
"Damn straight, Respect My Authoritar."
"OH, what's going on here Eric Cartman?" Came another voice causing Michael and Alex to see the other girls coming out onto the roof.
"What are you all doing here I thought you were going to relax?" Alex asked.
"We are, we just noticed you snack away, so we looked for you and what do we find but you are having fun with a man alone on a roof, I thought Sophie was kidding when she reported this." Alexia said with a beautiful smile.
"Hmph who wants to be alone with this man, I was just making sure he knew his place." Alex folded her arms and declared proudly causing the girls to roll their eyes before looking at Michael for an answer.
"Alex is correct she was laying down the law for me while also helping me come to my decision." Michael said, surprising Alex that he stood by her side for a third time while surprising everyone else that he had already made his decision.
"Already Mike? I thought you would need it until at least tomorrow." Jane asked.
"Honestly it wasn't that hard when I broke down the pro's and con's, the only thing holding me back was what Sarah pointed out before about me being afraid of being corrupted by wealth and power." Michael explained.
"So how did you get past that problem Mike?" Sarah asked intrigued.
"That's where our all-powerful Alex Cartman comes in" Michael declared getting giggles from the girls before continuing.
"You see she pointed out that with the vote system on the corporation I would not have to worry about fucking it up as your four would stop me if I was doing something stupid." To which the four queens smiled and nodded.
"As for the money side well, Miss Cartman here kindly pointed out that if I used my money to hurt people, she would shoot me."
"She what?" Alexia asked in a slightly cold voice.
"Ok Alexia calm down it's not what you think. ok?" Alex said backing away with her hands raised clearly afraid, this caught Michael's interest wondering what was going on.
"Where do you think you are going Alex, come here and explain exactly what you meant.... OI ALEX COME BACK HERE" Alexia started saying but soon Alex turned and ran away while Alexia chased in hot pursuit and the girls started laughing.
"Am I missing something?" Michael asked.
"Ah you have never seen Alexia angry, well there is a reason they say red heads have a fiery temper." Gracie began before they started telling Michael all about what happened to the Vila in Italy in the past.
"And that happened because of one pudding?" Michael asked with sweat on his head.
"Yup, Alexia loves her pudding, if you ever want to make her happy or get forgiveness from her just give her pudding." Sarah replied.
"Should we get some to help Alex?"
"No need Alexia is not that angry she will be fine in maybe ten minutes." Jane answered as they all watched Alexia chase Alex around the rooftop with Alex now laughing from the enjoyment.
"This is why I can't give up on you girls." Michael suddenly said getting the attention of everyone except Alexia and Alex who were far away.
"Just seeing how much fun you all have together and how much you actually care for one another, no wonder you call yourselves sisters, you really are like a family, one I would be happy to join." Michael finished with a warm smile.
"Michael, are you saying what I think your saying?" Sarah asked with hope in her voice.
"That's right I am." He replied before shouting towards Alexia and Alex.
"ALEXIA, ALEX"
They both stopped running and looked at him.
"I ACCEPT THE CHOICE" Michael yelled and just as he did so
