Chapter 44

" A provisional license. " Aizawa said as he stood in front of his class with other teachers beside him.

" It's a useful item for you to have, allowing you to use your quirk in public. With this, you can make your own decisions when the time comes without the consequence of getting in trouble for using your quirk.

In order to get your own provisional license, an exam is held. This year, the exam will be held earlier than usual and will take place in 3 weeks. The training camp was supposed to help in making your quirks more powerful.

You will be training for the next weeks to train as much as possible before the exam. No slacking off. " Aizawa said as he looked at his students, who had determined expressions.

" Today, we will be focusing on special moves. Moves like Iida's reciproburst for example. Focus on your quirk and learn more about it. Test possibilities and find new applications of your quirk. They will prove useful in the future. " Aizawa said seriously.

" This gym gamma. We will be coming here for 3 hours a day, after class to train. If you want to do personal training the other gyms are open for you to use. Again you must use your key cards to access them like when you were preparing for the sports festival.

The students split up into groups as they fought with the teachers assigned to them. Some were training physically for now while others were questioning their quirk to find new uses for it.

Axel, on the other hand, couldn't think about any new applications for his quirk at the moment. Considering that, he decided to just focus on his physical capacities instead along with the different shapes and weapons he can make.

Currently, he is taking turns fighting Aizawa with Shinso who was training with his own capture scarf with Aizawa. Axel switched between different weapons as he fought while Aizawa advised him on his stance and his mistakes.

On his breaks, he thought about Susanoo stage 3. He originally wanted it to be as tall as the zero pointers from the exams, but the zero pointers are about 50 meters in height, taller than even Mount Lady when she is at her max height using her quirk, which is about 19 meters.

Taking that into consideration, Axel decided to train his Susanoo stage 3 to be 25 meters in height first before trying to make it larger. He doesn't want to attract too much attention while training. He did this after he finished training with Aizawa and went to one of the other gyms.

Creating a stage 3 Susanoo took time considering that it is the hardest of the 3 stages to use, but Axel was amazed to make a complete it in 3 hours. He familiarized himself with the structure before he stopped using his quirk.

He fell to the ground in exhaustion, taking deep breathes as he laid there. Once he got back his energy, he walked to the dorms. He went straight to his room to a shower before flopping into his bed and going to sleep.

Days passed as Class 1-A continued to train as much as possible, balancing their time between physical training and regular school work.

Axel trained with Aizawa while working on Susanoo stage 3. His Susanoo stage 3 came along well as he can now use it to some degree. He still watches a lot of energy trying to move it.

It's hard to maneuver in areas with multiple buildings, but he can use it easily in open areas. Its destructive capability was massive as seen when he used it in one of the fake cities.

Using one hand with a sword allowed him to destroy a huge part of the fake city, multiple buildings were turned into rubble, and the ground was carved up.

He was questioned by Nezu about it considering there were cameras. Axel told him directly. Nezu was grinning as he saw the ability in action from his camera, laughing in pure joy at the creativity and skill Axel used to create something like that.

He didn't share this with anyone, after all, he has no reason to. Besides, it would be fun to see their reactions when Axel finally reveals it to them.

Currently, class 1-A was inside the bus taking them to the exam center. It was finally time.

After doing all they could over the 3 weeks, class 1-A sat on the bus, relaxing by focusing their minds somewhere else. Some were still nervous about the exam while others just did whatever they want on the bus.

Aizawa said nothing, casually sleeping at the front of the bus in his yellow sleeping bag, ready to transform into a beautiful butterfly once they arrive.

" I am the king of jokes!! " Bakugou yelled.

" Objection. " Kamanari yelled. " There's someone else here who is better than you! "

" Oh yeah and who is he? Micheal Mc Doesn't exist?! "

" No. Me. " Shinso said as he grinned at Bakugou.

" Haahahahaaa... Aizawa's secret love child?! Really?! " Bakugou asked.

" Oh, what's wrong? Don't believe me? " Shinso asked.

" Oh please. I can make jokes better than your anyway. "

" Then evaluate mine. Why did the chicken cross the road? "

" Really?! Do you know how many variations of that joke exist?! Whatever, why? "

" To talk to the little bitch. " Shinso said.

" Really? That's it?! That wasn't even funny?! "

" Okay. I'll try again. Knock Knock. "

" Tch. Who's there? " Bakugou asked.

" The chicken! "

" Yoarashi Inasa. " Aizawa said.

" You know him, Mr. Aizawa? " Hagakure asked.

" Indeed. He's strong. " Aizawa said. Class 1-A turned to their teacher before looking back at Inasa, considering that their teacher told them he is strong.

" He's the same year as you are and received the top scores for students submitted through recommendations. But for some unknown reason, he decided to go to Shiketsu instead of UA. "

This shook some of the class as they watched Inasa walk away with the rest of his class. Shiketsu high is one school that rivals UA in quality.

Axel stared at Inasa as he walked away while remembering the very memorable introduction he gave. Bowing so far that his head slammed into the ground with enough force to draw blood along with his enthusiasm was bound to be memorable.

' Though that doesn't explain why he didn't want to join UA when he said he loves UA so much. For now, I should stop focusing on him even if I am curious. ' Axel thought.

Shoto looked at Inasa walking away. He remembered him from the recommendation exam. He was the main competition he had during his exam.

' He will be a hard opponent. ' Shoto thought.

Inasa on the other hand kept walking toward the entrance, thinking about class 1-A.

' So that was the winners of the sports festival. ' He thought as he remembered the faces of Bakugou, Todoroki, and Axel.

He thought about their performances at the sports festival. Axel's move in the finals stuck with him the most. Like everyone else, it surprised him greatly and he wanted to meet him in person.

When he looked at him up close he could see that he was analyzing them as soon as they walked up to them.

' His face didn't change in the slightest, but behind that, he is a strong opponent. He just has a really strong poker face. ' He thought while smiling to himself. He really wanted to meet Axel and talk to him.

' On the other hand, he is also here. ' Inasa thought as he saw Shoto standing there as well.

Clicking his tongue in annoyance as he remembered how Todoroki was during the recommendation ea to know.

' He changed a bit but his eyes are still the same as Endeavors. ' He thought in rage.

No matter how much Todoroki had changed since the sports festival, to Inasa, it didn't matter at all and that means he had no intention of ever working with Todoroki.
