His energy was dangerously low, and his HP was reduced slightly. Jayden had been subjected to the intense heat produced by the red flames, which cooked him in his Rogue Suit, showing just how potent it was.

Adding the high stats in his defense, the slight energy negator of the Rogue Suit and the Energy Armour, he could have bathed in the hottest flames known to mankind, yet his skin was reddened and smoking, just because he had stood on a thin pigment of the flames.

Jayden glanced at the passed out Ape King and spat at it.

"K, now the reward." Jayden said and clicked the button, the notification burst into a shower of sparks that only he could see.

Since the day Jayden had acquired the Rogue System, this was the first time he had seen Nahshon panic, he was speaking to himself, but Jayden could already grab some things from his words.

[You know some things about time right?]

"Yeah, stuffs like time is endless and all that bullshit. Nate would know more than me." Jayden said and gave a nostalgic smile.

[Time, is like an endless river, it flows infinitely, from the past to the future, the water is always calm and serene, but unforseen events that are not meant to happen is like throwing a big rock into that river]

[There is a race called the Time Seekers, they monitor time and prevent any change in it that could cause problems for the universe]

[This Time Seekers watch the river of time and deal with any rocks, they have the ability to see into the future and know what exactly is going to happen, so if something that isn't supposed to happen, begins to happen, they send someone called the Enforcer to deal with it]

[The rocks could be anything, it could be a human, beast, item, or even nature itself, all that matters is that whatever rock is causing problems, it is meant to be dealt with as the Enforcer sees fit]

"So you're telling me that I'm a rock, and a big one at that?"

"This is too much to take in. DAMN!!!" Jayden stared at the sky. "So what's the plan now?"

Jayden smiled at himself, the sun wasn't planning on setting anytime soon, so he still had enough time to hunt some beasts. "It's pretty obvious, I just needed to hear your side."

Jayden did a keep up, stood straight and began to stretch his limbs.

To his right, the Ape King began to stir and wake up, it shook it's head vigorously and slowly got to it's feets.

"Let me deal with this guy first." Jayden pulled his sword out of the Void Space. "I have some unsettled business."

[That wasn't the only data I retrieved Jayden]

"I'll hear it later, this guy's got a beating to receive." Jayden said with a cold voice, his Killing Intent oozing out of him.

[He's a potential Rogue Surbodinate, and a strong one at that]

"Heh?!!" Jayden's Killing Intent was subconsciously sucked back into his body. "How sure are you that he'll become one?"

"What if he doesn't cooperate?"

[Then you can kill him, easy]

"Hehehehe, I hope he doesn't, cos I won't hesitate to skin him alive." Jayden laughed evilly to himself. "This bastard was trying to cook me, he'll pay dearly with hi...."

The Ape King was on its knees and it's forehead was placed on the ground, it raised its head up and placed it back on the ground, it repeated this action seven times before remaining in that position with its head on the ground.

"Is it.... Kowtowing?" Jayden asked with a weird expression on his face.

[It sees you as someone stronger than it and worthy enough to be its master, so you better make good use of this opportunity, not many people can brag about having a Sovereign Tier Beast as a surbodinate]
