Dealing With the Drunk Arachnid

"Thank Oum Lena had a pin in the location of her house." Jaune commented as he helped carry Lena onto her bed.

When Lena was put to bed, they heard her mumbling in her sleep, "No... No more fire... No..." She lamented, her tone trembling slightly.

This sight made Ruby look at Lena with worry, "She's having a nightmare..." She noted, "Should we keep an eye on her? At least until she wakes up?" She suggested the others.

"Well... I guess it would be better do that..." Weiss said, "Maybe we should also prepare something to help after." She added.

At this Ren went to check for a kitchen, "I'll go search for bread, it should help with hangovers." He informed while going to another room.

Looking at the sleeping Lena, Pyrrha wondered how she could help, "Is there a way to help with nightmares?" She asked Blake.

"In this case I guess cooling her up should help." Blake suggested, "She is dreaming of fire after all." She pointed out.

The information prompted Weiss to load up an ice dust cartridge into Myrtenaster and used it to make it snow over Lena, who seemed a lot happier now that she was cooled down, "Ice Queen...!" She mumbled happily.

Hearing that made Yang chuckle, "Even she knows you're Ice Queen!" She told Weiss while laughing.

Weiss facepalmed at that joke, "Obviously she wasn't talking about me you nitwit!" She scolded her team mate, "Although I wonder who she's talking about..." She admitted.

"I think I have some information about that." Blake responded, "I found this encyclopedia that talked about Lena's race and it says that the Meseri-Arachnids are ruled over by the so called Ice Queen." She explained.

Pyrrha took a look at the page that said that, "It says that you should go to page eighty to have more information about her." she read outloud.

Going to said page, Blake read about the Ice Queen, but her face quickly turned into a frown, "It says she died burned..." She informed the others, souring the mood a bit.

"That... Certainly would explain the fire related nightmares..." Weiss commented, "Do you think every member of her race has these?" She asked.

Everyone else grimaced at the thought, "Poetic in the worst way possible..." Jaune commented, "Ren! Did you find the bread already?" He said outloud trying to catch his teammate's attention.

In response Ren lifted something that looked like bread, but it also looked very wrong, "Does it count if it's green?" He asked trying to figure out if it was moldy or that's just how it was.

Nora approaced to give it a look too, "It doesn't seem moldy?" She said unsure before smelling it, "It smells like flowers that have rotten and extra rotten in kimiki kimiki koo... Bleagh..." She let out after the incoherent rambling from smelling the bread.

"Are there any other ways to help with hangover?" Ren asked, not really feeling giving a potentially dangerous food to someone who will go through hangover.

This question made Jaune remember something, "I do have some aspirin with me." He informed, pulling said medicine out of his back pocket.

Pyrrha went to prepare a glass of water to use the aspirin, "We just have to wait for Lena to wake up." She said.

Getting a little closer to Lena, Ruby couldn't help, but wonder "This is the same woman who killed a giant monster in a second?", however getting close was a big mistake as Lena pulled her on the bed with her.

"You're like a plushy!" Yang compared getting giggles out of the others, but then she got a little closer, "Can you... Move away or...?" She asked seeing that Ruby was struggling a little.

After struggling against Lena's grip some more, Ruby gave up, "Nothing, can't manage get free..." She informed disappointed, "At least she's just hugging me." She looked to the bright side.

That was at least until Lena bit Ruby's neck, "Eek!!" She let out in pain and then started feeling Lena suck the blood out, "She's! She's drinking me!" She said panicking.

"What do you mean drinking you!?" Weiss said concerned and then immediatly tried to get Lena to stop and let Ruby go.

As the attempts to get Ruby away resulted in futile, Lena stopped and woke up, "Wow... I feel like I've just had a full course meal!" She said getting up from the bed, and only after noticing everyone in the room, "Did you guys bring me here?" She asked.

Everyone looked at Lena surprised while Blake patched up Ruby's neck, "Yep... And you bit Ruby in your sleep." Yang informed.

"B... Bit her...?" Lena repeated, her face turning red and tears starting to stream out of her eyes, catching everyone off guard, "I can't get married anymore..." She lamented between sobs only furthening the confusion.

At The Hunter's Guild.

Winter was currently still talking with Ironwood, "Specialist Schnee, you do realize that this is absolutely insane right?" He asked her.

Taking a breath in to steady her mind, Winter replied "I know, but if it will help Remnant, I'm happy to do it." She told the general with certainty.

On the otherside of the call Ironwood facepalmed, "...I guess she did ask you so it's not my call to make..." He relented, "If you want to go through with it, I'm not going to stop you." He informed.

"Thank you General." Winter said before hanging up the call and turning to Akira, "...I'll be your assistant, how about your part of the deal?" She asked the main thing on her mind.

The Metallipede laughed at that, "Work before all ey?" She asked coyly, "Don't worry, just give me an adress and I'll go to that 'general' of yours and lay out the proceedings." She reassured.

Looking at Akira, Winter sighed, "Thank you... Boss?" She said unsure, "This is gonna take some getting used to..." She commented.

At being called boss, Akira just laughed out loud, "Ahh... No, no, just call me Akira." She instructed.
