"Okay they're gone" Jake turned and said to Derek who lay on the couch while supporting his head with his arms, his eyes which focused on the holo screen went to Jake.
"Still working on their stance huh" Derek commented with little interest flickering in his previous bored eyes. Christopher was back for three days now and to Derek it was great that Sheila was around. The old man and the lady were quite awkward at the beginning but they flowed after a while, though he wasn't interested in knowing the exact details of their relationship as he was still waiting for his leg to fully recover, it shocked Sheila when she found out he was recovering at a speed befitting a Diamond ranked when he was a newborn, though she was the only one as Jake and Christopher were getting numb to the surprises Derek continued to offer.
