Class 3-A was momentarily stunned by the announcement that Class 3-C had found the yellow stone.
Shojiro, clutching the walkie-talkie, stared wide-eyed. “How could they find the stone so quickly?” he muttered to himself.
“Damn,” Henry remarked, his voice tinged with surprise. “Fredy’s really pulling out all the stops to win this.”
Hamlyn, standing beside him, wore a look of surprise. “I also never expected him to be this good.” a proud smile spreading across his face.
“Dammit!” Dawson shouted in frustration, his anger visible.
“How could they find it so quickly?” Sasha remarked, visibly stunned.
“Fredy?” Hamond thought to himself, a mixture of shock and anger crossing his face.
“We need to act quickly,” Anzu said calmly. “If this continues, we won’t have any clues by the end of the day.”
“We should keep moving,” Arata suggested. “Sitting here won’t help us make any progress.”
