CHAPTER 26
"Urgh…" a brown haired girl groan softly, while instinctively squinting her eyes. Her body was sprawled on the bed without a piece of clothing.
She was completely naked and if somebody enters the tent, surely the first thing they will see is a naked girl displaying her body for them to see.
The girl stood her upper body holding her aching head, she scans the surroundings, and immediately the memories about the things she did hours ago hits her like a storm, making her head throb in pain.
"Mnn…master, you're already awake?" the man next to the naked girl asks, then tightens his hold on the girl's waist, preventing her from escaping.
The man hugging the girl, while still laying down, was also naked, and the blanket did not cover his body too.
They were both naked, but they did not feel even an ounce of shame, it was like they were used to seeing each other without clothing.
"Get your hands off me!" A simple order, yet full of authority, was spoken by the girl, unfazed by their situation.
The man did not heed her command, instead, he drew his face nearer to her belly to feel her warmth imitating from her body.
While his head buried on the girl's belly, he mumbled dejectedly, "You promised, and now you're gonna break it? You'll going to leave me again? Please, let me hug you like this for a moment."
Hearing the gloomy tone of the man, Lily was taken aback. The word 'promise', made her realize how stupid she was to just agree to the man's condition without pondering about it.
It was such a headache, and now she was being shackled by the same promise she made to the man hugging her securely, as if she will disappear at the next seconds.
"Urgh, fine." Lily sighed defeatedly, and the man, whose like a puppy, abruptly looked up at her with beaming eyes, while asking for confirmation. "Really?"
Lexus who was giving Lily an expectant look was wagging his tail like excitedly, making the girl hesitated to answer him, afraid to disappoint his long anticipated expectation, "Ah…"
"You promised me! You can't take it back!" Lexus wailed like a child, reminding the girl about the promise she made to him.
Lily was speechless at his childish behavior, she heard him spoke again before she even uttered a word. This time it was louder than earlier. "No! YOU AGREED! You better keep your prom…"
Lily covered the man's mouth with her hand to stop his childish squabbles. She doesn't stand a chance with this childish man anymore. The last time she checked, he was a beast, he played her body and did things he pleases to her.
Looking at him right now made her doubt her judgment. Does he have a split-personality disorder, or just someone acting as a child?
"Fine, you can, but we should get a dress first. Also, stop screaming so loudly. Do you plan to let the other soldiers to see us naked together? I don't want that, so don't drag me along with your stupidity."
Lexus nodded his head, and reluctantly let go of her waist before they dress themselves up tidily. Just as they finished dressing, Lexus immediately returns to hugging Lily's waist.
The two were on the bed, Lexus was laying his head on her lap, and buried his face again to the girl's belly. Meanwhile, Lily nonchalantly combs Lexus hair with her fingers, not minding what he was doing.
"Hmm… I like your touch, master. I hope we could do this every time."
Lily wanted to say no, but his silky black hair like spider web threads was so smooth to the touch that she soon got addicted to it. "Sure. If I have some time, I will do this to you."
Not expected such an answer, Lexus eyed the girl in disbelief. He was unsure whether she was buffing or not. As if the girl heard his thought, she assured him saying, "Really. Now, if you don't want to…"
The girl didn't even finish her sentence, Lexus hastily cuts her. "Of course! I want to be pet like this, so don't take back your words, or I'll scream again."
Hearing him threatening her, Lily frowns, but the boy only poutingly buries his head again.
The girl continues to comb the man's hair slowly and gently. When having intimacy, she likes to dig her hands on the person's head, however this is the first time she really paid attention to someone's hair.
In the past, she rarely paid attention to Lexus as she was only her guard and an extra, or that was she thinks so. Now watching the man hugging her refusing to let her see his expression which was buried on her flat stomach was kind of amusing and cute.
Come to think of it, he was always acting cute and pitiful when they were alone together in the past. She only remembers now, how he took advantage of her in many worse and difficult situations.
One time when he got severely inures, and he blame her that she was the reason why he got it in the first place, so he suggested a deal. If she takes care of him and be with him for nights until his recovery, he will not rise up from his grave to hunt her, if ever he will die from such life-threatening injury he received.
Lily of course was displeased, but in order to give her thanks to the man, she needed to do all the things he asked. He was after all the one who shielded her with all his strength and magic.
If ever she was the one who took the hit, then maybe she was already resting in a coffin and was accompanied by flowers, then people will hold her funeral like a birthday.
Without using his magic, he would have died already. How much more if it was her? A normal human with only her strength to bag?
Time passes fast, she does not even notice that it is already sundown, almost nighttime.
The girl watches the man still resting on her lap, unguarded. She fingers his hair that look like webs glistening brightly. Even with the abrupt slight touch, the man does not even flinch or move.
It was sad to leave him, but she needs to go. She can't just lovey-dovey all day.
She tried to get out from his embrace, however, due to the man's tight grip, she can't. *Blue in the face, she gives up and instead slaps those naughty arms.
{Weakened or tires after trying many times}
Lexus, who was hit by such strong force out of the blue, was baffled and even hugged her tightly. "A little bit more, please?" After saying, he rubs his face on her stomach.
