"Beginning"

Prologue:

"Stop this, Kuroe! ... they were your family!"

"You have gone too far..."

The girl exclaimed.

The rage, the madness, and his past consumed Kuroe; he was not the same person since that day...

"We been together since the academy days; I know you are not like this, I beg you...soothe your rage; think about everything we have done to come this far, think about Clare and the others who are waiting for you."

The boy exclaimed.

Kuroe dropped the two short blades full of blood from the comrades he used to call family; with tears in his eyes, he looked at Kai and Kaoru, who were stunned by the look of his friend covered by so much gore and injuries he got from his previous fight.

Barely standing on his two feet, the boy cached a long breath and spoke:

"Get away from me!" Kuroe screamed with anger.

"You guys don't understand anything... ...if I don't eradicate each one of them with my own hands! I would never erase all of Clan's pain and tragedy; it must be me! Even if you two try to stop me... I ..."

Suddenly The two palace doors opened, and the shadow of a person appeared with the head of Kuroe's youngest brother in his hands.

Part 1

When the Monarchies ruled the world, there was a person that everybody Admired.

A legend passed by generations in the noble's literature, a Figured that represented the whole kingdom.

The hero and most feared warrior of the whole continent of Ankrom; that entity is known as "Rogue," is the highest title a Noble could acquire.

In this violent and dangerous world, the nobles were the only ones with the strength and power to protect the continent.

They were ruled by the Round table order compounded by the five great families, the kingdom's monarchs of the whole nation.

Each family had a role assigned, and they worked in agreement with each other for the past centuries to protect and rule with equality.

In Every Noble family, each member had a rank from one (Unus) to ten (Decem)

To reach the overall Rank, one would need to take a different task, missions given by the family guilds, or Personal merits in the society. However, ranks were only conceded by a few; just the blessed ones could get a grade in their hands.

These great families are conjoined by The -Edavane's- A family composed of knights and warriors with the most major military power in the nation.

They oversaw the whole territory's protection and order, committed to their creed and elitist member selection.

Only the strongest and fearless knights could be part of the elite squadrons and receive the title of Great knight.

These families would happily agree to incorporate anyone who wanted to enlist in their files, Noble or not.

There was no distinction between each other. However, the true bloods were considered unique; with blue eyes, blonde hair, and a fearless look, they were the nucleus of the family.

His leader and greatest Knight -Edavane Lotus- oversaw the guild and all personnel due to his war knowledge and unmatchable strategies.

They brought peace to the kingdom in conjunction with the other four great families.

The -Kaikiura's- A Royal family with the oldest traditions and culture; this noble family was only composed of their own lineage, meticulously cultivated to preserve their heritage and special sword techniques.

The clan leader and King of the nation -Kakiura Azaemon- ruled the kingdom with a firm hand.

A wise warrior with a long beard, deep hazel eyes, years of experience, and battles made him the most appropriate person to lead the nation in the cruelest times.

His most significant achievement was to get hold of the victory against the other nations in the great Ashes war.

This family was also in charge of the laws and economic management of the territory; in conjunction with the Callen, they created a Mercader route with other lands to sustain the nation's needs.

-The Callens- The royal family who created the Ulum Academy, the finest school on the whole continent where the students could learn how to be a warrior, a sorcerer, and many other classes.

In a complete academy with the highest Enrollment requirements, only one in five thousand applicants would join the academy.

They were a specialist in magic and intelligence, recognizable by their brown hair, green eyes, calm face, and Profund knowledge.

Her leader, Callen Liza, was the academy's principal and managed the magic defenses of the kingdom and Diplomatic encounters.

In the Deepest part of the ancient forest, a Royal family lay -The Kulkarni's- unlike the other royal families that lived in the kingdom, this Clan would rather live in their palace inside the woods.

They had a strong connection with nature and an extraordinary virtuosity when it came to hunting, full of brilliant archers and Botanic specialists.

They were known to protect the outer part of the territory as the first line of protection and recognition of the kingdom.

Finally -The Andrade's- This family was the epitope of the kingdom. They were the perfect representation of what a noble should be with elegance and the most satisfactory manner.

Through all the years, they had the most numbers of Rogue in history, and the actual rouge and leader of the Clan -Andrade Grey- had the highest position under the nation's King.

This Clan was in charge of the law, Military police, and special assassin squadron -Mist-.

All Andrade's members had a unique aura of supremacy, with white hair, carmesi eyes, and pale skin complexion; they were popular around the kingdom, and everyone heard the family's tales. And only would appear in front of the King or the round table meetings. Rarely will they leave the palace.

They were so strong that they acted in the shadows to protect everyone in the Land of Mejiram, where the kingdom resides.

Part 2

-Year 907 of the Fallum Calendar.

In the palace of the King, a guard from the main north gate received a message from a messenger hawk; he rushed to the King and spoke:

"My lord, I got a message from the city of Lunar with alarming information; the note said they are currently being invaded by Halam Bandits."

"You just came to say that in front of me? Why didn't they request a formal petition to one of the kingdom guilds?" King Azaemon replied.

"My lord, Lunar cannot afford a petition since they were devastated in the last battle against Dratum; at this rate, all the villagers are going to di..."

Unexpectedly a tall man with white hair and carmesi eyes interrupted the guard.

"May I speak?"

The guard was shocked to look at the men and abruptly put his head down.

"Lord Grey, pardon me for this impertinence."

"Don't worry," Andrade Grey said:

"Lord Azaemon, this is particularly great; my son Is nearby the Lunar zone. I could send him off in aid of lunar; it would take him less than a few hours to get there."

Lord Azaemon looked at Grey; he had a sensation that Lord Grey was confident of sending his son to battle, soon after the King said:

"Grey, I agree to send your son; however, one squadron from the Edavane's will also be sent out."

"Lord Azaemon, that's not going to be necessary; he is capable enough of the little task." Lord Grey said.

The King laughed and played with his long white beard.

"You must be proud of him, don't you?"

Lord Grey smirks and closes his eyes.

"What father wouldn't be proud of their own children, my lord."

Back In some of the Grace fields in the southeast part of the territory, Grey's son was practicing with his two small swords, fighting against the Great Wolf, a 3 meters Monsters who used to go in herds to capture their food. Perfect to train speed and stamina.

"These little puppies aren't making me gain any progress at all; you lied to me, Jun."

Kuroe said in a really disinterested voice.

Jun was the familiar Kuroe received as a kid from his mother when he was still young.

The familiars are a type of monster created with their Master's blood and adopt the form that describes their Master's personality in this case; Jun had the form of a Raven with the Andrade's emblem on his chest.

They are scarce due to the item used to make them, called "Naraku stone," which can only be found in the Mountains of Liberia.

"Perhaps you must start striking for something stronger, Master. I will gather more information and a new schedule for you next week," Jun said.

"Well, let's start to head back; the academy starts tomorrow morning," Kuroe said while grabbing one of the wolf heads and taking the wolf teeth as the rare item.

"Master, you don't look pretty interested in the academy at all," Jun said.

"You are right, a Bunch of people who call themselves nobles and have lived in golden cradles since they were born," Kuroe replied while preparing to head back to the city.

Suddenly a hawk appeared in the sky with the Andrade's emblem on his back.

"This is one of my family hawks; what's he doing here."

Kuroe said that while the hawk approached him, he grabbed the scroll attached to his claws and let the hawk fly away.

"Kuroe, head to Lunar city and Help them against the Halam Bandits; you must hurry. There's no time to lose; make sure not to reveal who you are; this is a special mission directly from me; if the guild finds out, they will take your license away kokoko love Dad."

"Kokoko? What's my father thinking about."

"I believe he is picking up the words the kids say these days, Master," Jun replied.

"Ha!? What does that even supposed to mean?"

Rapidly Kuroe mounts his horse and starts heading to the city of lunar. At his speed, he will reach the town in less than an hour.

♦ ♦ ♦

Back in the lunar city, the bandits start taking all the money looting the whole town, and killing all Males, older people, and kids without exception.

After the war between Majiram and Dratum, the city of Lunar got affected. Most of their men and warriors died in the war, leaving it an easy target for bandits to steal and take possession of valuable things due the city was far from the kingdom, so the aid would be difficult to get.

"Take everything you can! Don't leave anything behind! Kill them and make a feast with their viscera, capture all woman's; there are things they can still make do for us." The leader of the bandits said.

The bandits start to smile with a perverse look like demons full of lust and wrath; they create the massacre in the city.

The streets and walls were tainted in blood; the only thing you could hear was the people's screams and the elders' sorrow.

One of the women ran with her daughter in her arm, opened a vault in her house, and told her not to open the vault until she returned.

"Ruri, don't open the door, okay? Mommy will come back for you, I promise; by no means do not get out of here until I tell you so. I love you, darling… wait for me, all right."

With tears in her eyes, the woman smiled and her daughter for the last time and started to head back to the city to help the others.

So on, half an hour passed by…

"It's been too long… where's mommy?"

Ruri opened the door and started to walk outside the house.

The young kid couldn't believe what she saw; she puked and started running to find her mom.

"Mommy!! Mommy, where are you!!"

After a while of screaming and crying, Ruri stopped, and the only thing she could see and hear was flames, blood, and screams.

"What do we have here?" The bandit said.

Ruri tried to escape but was hopeless; the bandit took her by the arms and lifted her in the air.

"The boss will be pleased; young girls sell well in the slave market," the bandit said while touching the girl's body.

Ruri cried and yelled for help, but no one could hear her.

On the other side, Kuroe and Jun made it to Lunar and saw the city in flames and wreckage.

"It appears to be that we are finally here, Master," Jun said.

"Hurry up, Jun; there is no time to lose."

Kuroe dropped from the horse, put on a coat and a black mask, and started running, heading to the city's center.

"Jun, give me information about the surroundings."

"Yes, Master"

Link: A unique ability Familiar has with their Master makes the person who uses it can see what his familiar is seeing also allows them to talk telepathically between each other and does not require too much mana to be used. The abilities vary among familiars.

Jun start flying to get a view of the whole city from above.

"37 Bandits confirmed, Master."

"I can see them clearly; head back, Jun."

Kuroe started sneaking, making barely any sound; his abilities as an Andrade make him perfect for this type of mission.

He jumped from the roof and looked at two bandits searching for valuable things in a house; Kuroe used his tiny sword and stabbed one of them in the neck. The other bandit grabbed his knife and said:

"You are a dead rat!"

Kuroe threw his sword and ran, and at the same time toward the bandit, the bandit parried the small sword, and Kuroe jumped to the bandit's head, only using his bare hands he dislocates the cervical bone from the bandit in an instant kill.

"No time to waste, Jun, let's go," kuroe said.

As if it was a shadow, he started taking each of the bandits one by one; his moves were so elegant and precise that there were no unnecessary moves.

Some people say that when the Andrade's fight, they all look like they are dancing due to their grace; they control every movement and every breath the opponent does, making them the worst type of enemy to fight.

"You look exhausted, Master; why are you rushing too much?" Jun said.

"I have a bad feeling; these are not normal bandits; let's go."

Once he made it to the center of the city, he stared down.

"Master, is everything all right?" Jun said.

Then he turned his head and saw an ark made of human corpses, kids being impaled through all the city, and bandits raping some woman they had captured.

Multiple woman's naked on the ground; some of them decapitated after the bandits played with them.

"Master… what is this… this atrocity makes me feel sick," Jun said while using his wing to cover his eyes.

Kuroe started to emanate a Dark aura; his carmesi eyes began to glow, and black flames started to cover his coat and mask.

He starts running at such speed that none of the people present couldn't saw where he was moving; Kuroe first kills the people raping the young women; he stops for a second and looks at the other bandits in their eyes.

All of them were afraid; they had never sensed such an assassin's presence before; the young boy in front of them, covered in blood with rage in his eyes, was something they had never expected.

The leader of the bandits came from a tent without his shirt covered in blood; he said:

"What's happening here!? I left all of you for a second while I'm having fun with my new toys, and I see you losing to this fucking kid."

Without hesitation, Kuroe started running towards the bandits' leader, pulled his two small swords, and tried to stab him in the chest.

The bandit counters the attack with his long hammer and breaks the two small swords with the impulse; the bandit connects the hit to Kuroe's body; even though he still manages to protect himself with his arms, Kuroe still receives an amount of damage.

Kuroe spat blood from his mouth and stood up.

"Master!" Jun said.

"Is this all, kid? I'm going to make you suffer before you die; perhaps ill make a wonderful piece of art with your organs."

"Piece of art?" Kuroe said.

From behind, a grotesque figure appeared; it was a human body stitched with nails to a square of woods, a Black hair woman with an old scar on her face.

"This stupid woman tried to fight against us; apparently, she used to be a warrior, hahaha how depictable, she didn't have a chance, she died while crying for her daughter, how foolish," the bandit said while touching the dead body of the woman.

"Shut up, bastard," Kuroe said.

"Jun, Cambio et formae!"

Cambio et formae: an ability that allows the familiar to transform into a weapon, usually taking the form of what the Master needs; this ability consumes much mana and can only last for one hour.

"Dark katana, Kuromori, all right bastard, this ends here," Kuroe angrily said.

"My master aura feels disturbed; what is this feeling," Jun said.

"That's the spirit! Come, kid, ill break each one of your bones."

Kuroe still hadn't drawn his sword from his scabbard; he took a big breath a lowered his head.

The bandit started to run towards him, and suddenly he couldn't feel his legs, the two-meter bandit saw his face on the ground, he looked up, and he saw the young boy watching him with his deep and scary eyes, his sword had blood, the bandit couldn't understand what was happening.

"Where does that blood come from!? Answer me, brat!!"

Kuroe didn't say a word, cleaned his sword with an air move, and put his sword back again into the scabbard.

"You don't understand, don't you? As soon as you move, you will die, be grateful. A bastard like you doesn't even deserve death," Kuroe said in a severe dominant tone.

The bandit looks down; he has a cut as big as his whole body going from his neck to his waist.

"What have you done to…."

The bandit crumbles to the ground in a massive slash of blood coming from him. As soon as the other bandits saw what was happening, they surrendered and dropped their weapons.

Kuroe started to walk slowly to them.

"Please forgive us! We…we will surrender to the kingdom, please don't hurt us we…we were following orders."

Without stopping or even hearing what the bandits were saying, Kuroe took his sword and killed them with no mercy; his carmesi eyes were glowing with rage and angst.

Then he approached the leader's tent and saw a corpse laying on the grounds and two big metal cages with women and young girls.

"This is horrible… poor people," Jun said.

Kuroe opened the two metal cages with the keys the leader had in his clothes.

They all started to thank the young boy and cried because the horror had already ended.

Everybody but one of them, a young girl at the end of the cage, looked hollow as if she had lost everything.

"Hey, you, there's nothing to be worried about anymore; you guys are free," Kuroe said.

The kid stared at the ground without saying a word.

"…mmmm, I'm not good talking with little girls, Jun, help me out."

Jun looks at his Master as he moves his head, indicating, 'I do not know what to say either.'

"Did...Did you talk to your pet as he could understand you?" Ruri said.

"HAA-! I am not a pet kid; I am my Master servant Jun! Do not forget it."

"UAAAHH!! The Raven talked!"

"Haha, you guys get along, huh? Jun usually don't talk to people he does not know."

Kuroe had a slight smile; he was not used to smiling at all, yet after so many years, he could feel emotions again.

"Now, can you tell me what's wrong with you." kuroe said.

"Sir, I can't… I can't find my mommy; she…told me not to get out of the house. But I cannot find here that she has a mark on her face, black hair, and green eyes; I know if…if you look for her, we could find my mommy."

"…"

Kuroe grabbed the kid and took her out of the tent.

"Listen, kid…"

"I am not a kid... I'm Ruri!"

"Well then... Ruri, your mother, saved this city; she bravely fought against those bad guys and made time for most citizens to escape; unfortunately, your mother was killed by their leader."

"Master! Please, she is just a kid. "Jun said

"This is the right thing to do; I cannot lie," Kuroe replied.

Ruri started to cry; the only thing she had in the world was gone, and her eyes had lost their spark.

Kuroe kneeled and looked her in her eyes, and spoke:

"Ruri, won't you come with me? I will take charge of you."

"Sir... why would you go this far for a person like me?"

"You remind me how I used to be when I was younger, and don't call me sir; I'm just 15 years old, you know! My name is Andrade Kuroe aright?"

"Kuroe..."

The kid looks at Kuroe, his savior; without a doubt, Ruri takes him by the hand.

"All right, let's go back. I need to report the situation to my father; Jun, take this message to him and let him know what happened here. I'll call you back when we get to the palace."

Jun started to fly, and his feather emitted black flames giving him an extra speed impulse.

"Sir…I mean, Master, where are we going."

"Master? … Where are you heading to the silver city where the Nobles live."

"I'm sorry I can't call you by your name, can...I call you Master?"

"Call me as you please."

Kuroe said in a shameful tone.

Ruri smiled and put her head in the back of Kuroe while they were reading the horse back to silver city. she felt it was okay to rely on him; she felt protected and safe.

Part 3

After Riding back to the palace, Kuroe and Ruri started walking through Andrade's Palace's main gates.

"This place is huge!" Ruri said. At the same time, looking at the Andrade's palace, with a beautiful garden full of flowers and trees with an artificial river like the one you would expect in a fairy tale.

"Stay close to me and do not talk." kuroe said.

After opening the gates, many Maids and Butlers welcomed the young boy, and the head butler and Kuroe's Mentor came close.

"Welcome back, My lord; how was the training…."

He looks at the tiny person behind his Master.

My lord, who is that kid behind you.?"

The butler looked at her and analyzed her with a severe face.

"Her name is Ruri; Kalos take her to the maiden Dormitories and teach her everything she needs to know about the palace. I will go and talk with father." kuroe said.

"Yes, my lord, come on, Ruri, let's leave our young Master to deal with this."

"But…but the master, you told me I was going to be with you, I don't want to be alone."

Her eyes were about to cry when Kuroe looked at her and spoke.

"Don't you worry, they will take care of you? I fully trust them; you will see me later; now I have to discuss important things with my father."

The maids took Ruri and kindly escorted her to the dormitories.

"Master, you are back!"

"Jun, everything all right in here?"

"Yes, master, lord Grey is waiting for you in the garden."

Kuroe started to walk to the garden. A beautiful full moon was lightning, the white roses all over the garden; in the middle of the garden, on a bench, his father was smoking and looking at the stars.

"Father, I have returned."

Kuroe said while he kneeled and put his head down.

"Kuroe, raise my child; no need to be so serious when we are alone; how did everything go? Jun already explained everything, but I wanted to hear it directly from you." Lord Grey said.

"Father, I killed all the bandits and freed the zone; obviously, they did not find my identity, and I got out as soon as I finished my mission."

Lord Grey looked at the moon with a nostalgic face in his eyes and kept smoking his cigar.

"You did really grow up, Kuroe; your mother and older brother would be proud of you to see the men you are becoming; tomorrow, you will start the academy, I am right?"

"Indeed, father."

Kuroe looks down with pain in his eyes.

"What are you planning to do with the girl?" Lord Grey said while looking into kuroe's eyes.

"I want to take her into the palace as a future maiden and train her to understand Noble's principles and costumes."

"How rare you take an interest in somebody else that is not common in you, my son."

"I sense a slight presence of mana in her; I believe she has a hidden potential; I will let Kalos train her."

"Ho- is that so…" Lord Grey said.

Grey looked at his kid; he could not believe how much his son had grown up; as a father, he still remorse and felt terrible for not being there when his family needed it the most.

"Well, if there is nothing else to talk about, I will head back to my room, father."

"Very well, I will take charge now; the King will be glad to hear you did a great job."

Kuroe felt ashamed and started to walk back to his room.

"Master, tomorrow is the big day. Are you excited?" Jun said.

"I not sure, the students.... they will hold our nation's fate and lead the whole country; I hate those false nobles who just want to get richer and hide behind their guards.

The Royals are the original "supremacists" in believing themselves to be apart and above others. I will change that."

Kuroe went back to sleep, and the next day he woke up put his uniform.

A black outfit with golden stripes, leaf details on the neck, and his family emblem on his left chest, his Rank under the chest.

Andrade Kuroe,15 years old Rank (III, Tres), First in line of succession to become the next Family leader of the Andrade's family, had just started his journey.
