Judging from the state of the girl, Giovanni is sure that she's extremely malnourished and if he was late for more than a day, she would've been dead.

It greatly shock him and at the same time slightly mad for moving without notice. Still, he's not in the right place to scold her since he's nothing but a stranger.

"You should rest, standing up right now will surely consume your energy and you might get back to your state of coma." He dearly advise.

"Coma?" The girl tilt her head after hearing an unfamiliar word. But soon fix her composure and look at the man with suspicious gaze. "Who are you, where am I? W-where's my parents?!" Her gaze soon turn to terror and fear when the memories came back in her mind.

The traumatic event that transpired not long ago was truly shocking and probably dangerous to her mind if she was to be overwhelmed by the raging emotions.

He didn't think twice and instantly chop the back of her neck. He sigh and look at the girl while being held by both of his arms.

"Judging by her behavior, it will be difficult to regain her original one for quite a while. Well it doesn't really matter how worse it is, with my knowledge from the past, such sickness can be cure."

That's right. Even the the worse sickness can be cure back in his days. Even the dead can be resurrected through cryonics.
