As she observe the man leave the bird, the bird suddenly vanish to thin air.

"What?!" She exclaim, dumbfounded by the sudden occurrence. "Am I hallucinating?" She said to herself as if not believing it.

However, she still continues to observe the man as it walk slowly from the area where the bird is.

The place where her summon rest is located at a tree line directly in font of the man, hence, she was able to see his facial expression.

She saw his face, a disgusted, angered face. She still can't fathom the situation. She doesn't even know if this person is an enemy.

As questions starts to pop to his head, her eyesight suddenly black out as if vanishing.

"My owl!!!" she scream, with a devastated look in her face.

The summon she used is an owl, and when such thing happen, two things can only cause it.

Either death or retrieval.

And she didn't retrieve it. Thus, the former one.
