Looks like I have to visit Ancient One after all but it is fine as I can exchange with my skills and even become friends as it is always better to have more friends than enemies, and who better than one who has protected earth for centuries.

Plus, this is necessary for my future plans of other magical skills that I need, along with practice of it.

So, Joe went to the New York Sanctum, which is located at 177A Bleecker Street at the heart of Greenwich village.

*Knock knock*

The door soon opened with a master of mystic arts whom I did not recognize opening it.

"Who are you and what do you want?"

"Well I am Joe Miller and I want to meet the Ancient One."

"Wait here."

After quite a while of waiting, I was soon taken to Kamar Taj, straight to Ancient One's room, where she was sitting with a tea table along with the tea ready.

As I entered, she just gestured me to sit.

"So what did you want Mr. Miller?"

"Well I just want to trade skills, which will be helpful to most people in Kamar Taj, in exchange for some of the basic spells. Not the advanced ones. Also, I have no intention to cause chaos. In fact, I love peace and quiet life the most, to keep which I have come to meet you or else I would probably have come to meet you much later."

"Interesting. Okay then, what spells do you want and what do you have to exchange for it?"

"Well, I want the basics as I said, like magic shield, magic weapons, portal, mirror dimension, astral projection, and a wand which works as focus to cast magic but only for a while."

"You really do know the world. Okay I am fine with your request but show what you can exchange for it."

"Well, I can give you the technique with which my physical body became strong enough to combat nuclear attacks, which with the help of dimensional energy can become even better with your research, along with swordsmanship styles, which help control elements, or some animals, illusions, or physical.

It also has the base method on which they were created, so you can always deduce one that suits you if any of them don't work.

I will also want some materials in the future, so I will come with more then. Is that okay? Of course with skills as well."

"Oh? You did not any energy to train your body to this level? That is certainly interesting. Okay, the skills will be dependent on the materials you ask for. But, the things you asked for are not worth that much you know?"

"Yeah, but I was hoping to befriend you as that is the best for me, and also super cool as I have the contact of the guardian of earth since centuries!"

I was a bit too excited, so I was acting like a child high on candy, which I did not regret as it was very cool for me, plus, if you don't have some fun in life, why live at all?

"Haha. Alright. Then I hope to meet you soon after this."

Then she just waved her hand, and the books for what I asked for appeared along with basic magic theory, rune arrangement, and a magic staff, which was a weapon as well as a magical focus, which will be very helpful for me, and I will of course give back as I like Kamar Taj as it doesn't have power struggles and is much more peaceful and helps earth keep peace, which is a big win in my book.

Immediately I used my cheat and was bombed by notifications and knowledge along with skill for the longest time since binding this system.

Yess!! Oh? This is a pleasant surprise. I also got what materials I need for my wand, which are suited to this world. The best one is that with Max lvl Rituals, I can become immortal in lifespan anytime I want, and make others as well, although only once a year, but it is fine as it will be that time soon anyway.

The rituals in Harry Potter world were literally a haxx and could bypass the rules of common sense with it, and was one of the most powerful arts, but was lost in the war between themselves and only basics remained.

"Okay so I need uru, and a dragon heartstring and in exchange, I can give you wards and wardstone technology, which will help upgrade security."

"Okay but how will you give it?"

I point a finger to my head, and as I pull it out, and a white translucent thread like object came out of my head attached to my finger. It was a memory containing memory and explanation on how wardstones and wards work with runes, which they have their own. It also had the applications of rune arrangements, magic theory, and magic weapons, along with some very nice ideas.

She just took it in her hand, and her eyes glazed over for a second and she was back.

"Is the thing about the rituals true?"

She asked me very serious.

"Yes. I wouldn't joke about things like this. Also, I also want Odin to do it, as I want runes, enchantment and magic system basics from him."

"Okay, if what you say is true, then he will directly give you the whole magic system instead of just basics."

"Well it is the same for me. So I will come before the summer solstice and then the autumn and winter one if there is no other problem."

"Okay then, see you."

I then left using a portal to my villa much to the amusement of Ancient One, which we both found funny.
