Story Quest

In the middle of the Kingdom.

Lu Fan is being surrounded by an unknown number of players, not knowing what to do, he became speechless.

Then out of nowhere, like a sound coming from the heavens itself, Dartz arrived and spoke.

"Yo! Eternal, seeing you here means we failed right?"

Lu Fan looked at him and smiled as he replied.

"I`m really sorry for what I`ll do, please bear with it for me."

Dartz wasn't sure of what he was talking about and replied.

"What are you..."

But before Dartz could finish his words, Lu Fan shouted.

"If anyone of you wants to join our Guild, please proceed with this person, his name is Dartz!"

After speaking, like some sort of magic, Lu Fan skedaddle away from the crowd of players.

Dartz in the center of such a massive crowd was shocked.

He looked at the players and trembled, the players were looking at him like a wolf staring at its prey.

Dartz smiled awkwardly as he messaged Lu Fan directly.

Dartz looked at the players again as he spoke.

"Okay, bring it on! who wants to go first!"

The players immediately charged at Dartz without any hesitation, shoving the ones beside them.

Dartz opened his eyes widely as he was swallowed by the players whole, the location he was in became a mountainous grave of players for Dartz.

Dartz then screamed at the top of his lungs.

"STOP! STOP! I`m only trying to test your vigilance, we have more than 9,000 slots! There are at least two thousand here! Now form your line! I want to see seven straight lines!"

Hearing Dartz, all of the players immediately fixed themselves as they formed a line.

Seeing this, Dartz smiled as he nodded, then he looked back and saw that his guildmates are trying to sneak away.

"Wait! Wait! where are you going? we will be the ones to accept their recruitment! Come back here!"

The other six sighed, it would be at least a day's time before they finish accepting all of the players.

They then went and stood in front of the line and prepared to accept the players.

Lu Fan sighed as he thought.

'So... this is what it feels to lose...'

Lu Fan looked at the sky, ever since he was born, the only man he ever lost to was to his Father, in the Martial Arts World, losing to your Father, or Master is the basic, it is because those two are the ones that teach you about all of your knowledge in the art of fighting.

He smiled as he continued walking.

Then after a while, he thought.

'Next time, I won't lose!"

A guy can lose sometimes, but a man will never make excuses for their loss, the Pride of all men would never tolerate such a thing, the only way after losing, is an improvement.

'I`ll bring more players next time, and when that time comes, I`ll definitely win!'

Just when his thought is in his the Dungeon, he heard a cry.

"Waaaa... Help me! Waaaa!"

Lu Fan immediately looked at where it is coming from and rushed towards it.

In the past, every action of an NPC can trigger something, as such, that is the only basis he has since everything had changed from before.

Lu Fan then saw a cute girl with twin ponytail at the age of at least seven with dirt all over her clothes.

Lu Fan frowned as he couldn't tolerate any misbehavior done to people, whether it is reality or game.

He then knelt on the ground as he asked.

"What happened little girl? who bullied you?"

"My Sister! she was kidnapped by ugly monsters, please help me!"

Then, just right after speaking, Lu Fan saw a notification.

Save the Prophet of Life.

The Prophet of Life is the guide of all the living things, she is the core of all life, on this Game.

If the Prophet is corrupted by Dark energy, she will become the Prophet of Dark Life, making all the monsters in this game stronger, and become more in numbers.

Quest success: Prophet is saved, with at least 50% of her life intact.

Quest failure: If the Prophet became the Life of Death Prophet.

Reward: Blessing of the Goddess of Life.

Lu Fan was shocked at first, a Story quest is one of the Main Line in the game, if it failed, the whole game will change depending on which quest was failed.

It is extremely hard to find such a thing, you will only get it through an accidental meeting.

The president of the gaming company only intervened in the Hidden classes as he wants to see how Lu Fan's ancestor won the war, but he didn't make such a thing to happen, which means it is all fate that Lu Fan found this quest.

Lu Fan nodded as he stood up and spoke.

"Yes, I will save your Sister."

The cute girl wept as she bowed and spoke.

"Please, please save her."

Lu Fan then asked her some questions.

"Where did they take her? and in what way are they going?"

The girl pointed at the west gate as she replied.

"We were getting some medicinal herbs but an ogre took her, they are taking my Sister to the Nether Forest!"

Lu Fan nodded as he replied.

"Okay, I will go now, go to the Castle and wait for me there when I come back together with your Sister."

"Un!"

The girl ran towards the castle as Lu Fan instructed.

Lu Fan then looked at the west gate and frowned, if he failed this quest, it will be really bad for the Game's future development, especially the leveling procedures.

Lu Fan then thought.

'The Justice Faction is to the East, and if I failed, all the stronger monsters will appear in the west, we will get pincered really hard if that happened.'

He immediately rushed towards the West gate.

A Window then appeared in his left, signifying the Quest's details.

Prophet of Life, Margery.

HP: 100%

Lu Fan looked at the window as he turned it off and focused on saving the Prophet's life.

Through the way, he kept encountering weak monsters, then he looked at the Map and checked for the Location of the forest.

Nether Forest.

Map Level: 56~64

Distance: 15 Kilometers ahead.

Lu Fan frowned, he wouldn't be able to get there for about an hour even if he rushed.

Then remembering that they are still on their way to the nether forest, he immediately tried to track their way.

After a while, Lu Fan saw three burly ogres while the one in the middle is carrying the Prophet.

Lu Fan smiled as he nodded and spoke.

"Gotcha!"
