He flew towards the mansion, finding the Duke and the main three subordinates standing. He planned to go next to them but decided against it. After all, his prowess is equal to a Genesis Sea expert only known to the people of Kilrun Duchy.
He decided to wear a servant outfit before walking next to the Duke, pretending to be his servant. They merely looked at him with a raised brow before deciding to focus their attention on the more important stuff, namely the envoy.
Soon, the envoy arrives, a man who wears armor, likely a soldier or at least a diplomat, as the latter lives a life almost as dangerous as any soldier.
From the aura he let out, the man is at least a Noble expert, likely at the lower stage to not seem like the kingdom trying to suppress the duchy but not low enough to be seen as insulting the Duke.
The man glanced at the Duke before bowing to the man, the Duke giving the envoy the same courtesies, a sign of respect between the two experts possessing equal strength, or at least the Duke could hold the envoy for some time before being forced to flee.
"I am the envoy of the Birak Kingdom with the name given to me by the King Blue Sparrow," the envoy introduced himself.
"I am the lord of the Kilrun Duchy, the Duke of Kilrun. It is a pleasure to meet an esteemed envoy of the Kingdom," the Duke replied to the man.
"It is the same for me as well, to meet a Duke that able to break through and become a Noble expert," Blue Sparrow replied.
For the next few minutes, the two people change pleasantries, forcing Ryker to do all he can to not be too bored by watching them talk. Thankfully, the pleasantries were over soon, before the Duke led the envoy to the negotiation table.

As the two Noble experts sat against one another, they looked at each other with a calm expression, trying to not show any weakness for the other party to use against them.
Soon, the envoy decided to begin the meeting.
"Master of Kilrun," the envoy began, "Can you please tell me what happened during the battle and what you did after that? I would like to give a comprehensive report of the event so I need as much detail as I can,"
"In that case, you will have to ask my direct subordinates about the siege as I did not participate in it, as I spend the time trying to advance to the Noble realm," he told the envoy, the man frowned but accepted the explanation seeing there is no reason for the man to lie.
"In that case, I will ask them first before taking their account of the event," the envoy told the Duke before bowing to the man and walking towards the three main subordinates.

"So, are you satisfied with what you have heard, or do you like to hear my account of the events?" The Duke asked the man, who seemed to be in deep thought. After a few minutes, he looked at the Duke and shook his head.
"I am satisfied with what I have heard regarding the siege. Now, I would like to hear your account of what you did after destroying the Mizalas Army," the envoy asked the Duke, who then began a retelling of the events.

The envoy seemed to be in deep thought, causing the tease of a man, the General, to want to play a prank on the envoy, though he was later discouraged from doing it as the envoy would likely beat him up, if not kill him.
Finally, the envoy spoke, "I am not sure what scared me the most, whether the fact that there is a forbidden art that increased the strength of cultivators with ease or the fact it require great sacrifice to allow their people to ascend.
The only good thing is that you have destroyed the scrolls containing the forbidden techniques or destroyed the place allowing them to become stronger. Not to mention, the fact this frontier has a Noble expert would give this place a new life.
As of now, you are seen as one of the main forces in the border as you are the only Noble expert in this border area. So, there are no people that would attack you in the future.
But remember, there is someone that would dare to do such a thing, even if it means certain death," the envoy reminded the Duke, who nodded at the man.
"Now then," the envoy's expression turned serious by the seconds, looking at the Duke with a calculating look.
"It seems you wanted to discuss something with me, or at least offer it to the kingdom," the man said, the Duke giving him a nonchalant nod.
"Yes, we would like to turn the former territory of the baronies to the Kingdon and allow the people of the kingdom to settle a new colony in the territory of the Mizalas Duchy, or so that it seems.
In return, I would like to exchange resources for the territory," the Duke said, looking at his opponent who seemed to have diabetes and and seemed to be tiring despite only running a short distance.
"I see. There is no reason or advantage for you to keep and rule the territory for now. So, you would like to exchange resources for the territory. I can do that," the envoy said to the Duke, who hummed incoherently.
"Let us then discuss how much resources for each section of the territory. I do hope it would not be too low as we need a lot of resources to rebuild the Duchy," the Duke exclaimed, the envoy nodded to the man.
"Of course, after all, the Kilrun Duchy is an important part of the Kingdom, with the importance being risen with the Duke being a Noble expert. So, it is to the benefit of the Kingdom to assist in the recreation of the city, even if it does not seem to have any advantage for them.
But we should discuss the detail some more of how much each hectare would cost for the kingdom," the envoy told the Duke, who gave a smile to the man, who felt slightly threatened by it.

While it involves the Duchy, only the two Noble experts have the qualification to discuss the subject, hence the other three remained outside the office while Ryker remained inside and served some drinks and snacks for the two nobles.
By the time they finished, the two people exited the room, a smile on their face.
