Future Contingencies In Mariz Barony

  Not knowing his actions caused some commotion, Ryker took the time to look at the decor of the pristine room, Solail himself asking for a talk. Besides the patriarch, Solance and Shuri were there too.

  His siblings and lovers had gone to their rooms, Ryker sharing his with his lovers while the children got one of the bigger rooms makeshift to one big bedrooms, to their delight, and the older four despair, as they shared the same room as the children.

  "So, you really don't plan anything for the week?" Solail asked. Solance had already told him before but he preferred to ask things personally.

  "Yes, I plan to relax at the new house but to hear about the uprooting of the first-rate families. It was truly surprising, especially when Solance told me about them colluding with an enemy nation," he spoke truthfully. 

  "Yes. The baron had already suspected some of them, but to think four first-rate families were involved. It was both surprising and devastating at the same time, the Mariz Barony would be weakened by the infighting and stabilizing in its territories. Thankfully, it happened inside the capital, or we would have lost a city or two," the older man said.

  While he was glad the fighting wouldn't cause too much damage, as the formations inside the city were not for show, he couldn't help but worry about the future. 

  "Would the other nation attack the barony?" he asked. While it wouldn't happen soon, the chances of it happening in the future are not zero, as they would surely take the time the Mariz Barony in turmoil to launch an invasion.

  "Maybe. We still didn't spot any gathering of their soldiers at the borders, or the spy reporting no signs of mass recruitment or soldiers and weapons movement that is too alarming. Still, it was safe to be careful, or we would pay the price for such neglect," Solail answered.

  As the patriarch of the Hal Family, he could be said to be responsible for making sure the forces of the barony were armed and ready for any battle. Even if the sudden reveal caught them off guard, he still had some time to prepare more soldiers to fight them.

  However, he knew the enemy likely did the same thing, at an earlier time before them. Their numbers were likely the same as his troop but they would be fully trained soldiers while his troops would be mere militia.

  "Yes, some preparation would be nice. They must have some kind of hidden weapons or something to dare do something like getting 4 first-rate families to help them in their invasion.

  He then remembered an important detail, "Those the Birak Kingdom will help?" he asked, Mariz Barony is a vassal of the Birak Kingdom so it was the obligation of the kingdom to offer their support in case of invasion.

  "They will send some troops but our enemy is also a vassal of a powerful kingdom. So if the Birak Kingdom tried to interfere, so would the powerful nation. So they couldn't do much as their hands were also tied.

  The other vassal nation will not help us without the right compensation," Solail explained, making him nod in understanding. The large nation was blocked by their equals while the vassal kingdom would look for their interests first.

  "Wait about Adventurers, could they join the fight?" he asked, the older man grabbing his chin. 

  "Yes," hearing the answer surprised him, "While the Adventurer Guild is neutrals its member can choose their allegiance. They won't do anything to them as adventurers were granted much freedom. However, if they were killed fighting such enemies, the Guild won't compensate them,"

  He looked at them before saying, "In that case, if there is a war, I will fight for the Mariz Barony, but as a mercenary," he declared, making Solail look at him, confused.

  "Why do you want to do that?" despite talking to Ryekr, he still couldn't get what the young man was doing. 

  "I like this place, so I will fight to protect it. But I prefer not to be restrained if I join a squad or something like that so I prefer to be independent forces if they do attack," he explained.

  The older man thought about it before nodding, "In that case, I agree. Of course, if there is no war, there is no need for the deal," 

  "I know. I was just preparing for the worst-case scenario," Ryker told Solail.

  Nodding at his words, they began to discuss other kinds of stuff, from the happening inside the kingdom and the progress of the operation. Soon, the night came and they put their talk on hold. Heading towards his room, he saw his lovers wearing the same clothes they wore during their very passionate night.

  He went towards Ina, grabbing her chin as he pushed her face up so her eyes would meet his, "Do you want to be eaten again?" he asked, his tone dangerous but it made them more aroused 

  "No," seeing how Ryker looked unconvinced, his first lovers whispered into his ear, "We want to rile you up. Seeing us in such skimpy clothing would make you aroused while knowing full well you can't have us,"

  Seeing the look of disbelief, she put the final strike, "That's for tormenting us so much for the night," she said, despite she enjoyed being toyed with.

  Ryker went silent. Seeing him being quiet made her feel like they had triumphed over him when he kissed her aggressively, his hand touching her clothed little sister.

  "I might not be able to screw you, but I can make you suffer too," he said, his finger pushing the clothes aside, revealing her slit. His finger then entered the slit, making the girl moan in pleasure.

  "D-do-ont thi-ink th-at w-we all-looow yo-ou t-to  use the toy," she replied, her words accompanied by heavy breathing.

  "In that case, I just do it the old-fashioned way," he said, his finger began pumping her lower cavern. The digit movement was much more precise, only scraping her weak spot as she could only moan.

  When she was about to hit her climax, Ryker stopped, leaving her hanging. "Why do you stop?" she whined, the pleasure was about to get good.

  "Like I said, I'm going to punish you. I'm not letting you cum until I felt you had repent. As for the rest of you, you get to watch what I did to someone like her," Ryker told them all, his finger invading deep inside Ina, her back arching from the pleasure as Ryker began to torment her.

  Before long, she became a twitching mess, unable to relieve herself, Ryker tying her hands to stop her from pleasuring herself.
