Author’s note

Hi, Mavros here.

If you have landed on this page it means that, in one way or another, you must have been intrigued by this story. Let me give you a little information before I leave you to the prologue.

This is my first novel ever, written in a language that is not my native language. It all came from the desire to share the images that condense in my head every time I close my eyes, in the hopeful attempt that they can make you feel the same emotions as me.

The story center will change over time, so I ask you not to give up reading it right away and give it the benefit of the doubt until the key point. It's a slow-paced novel, so you can't expect it to get straight to the point right away.

The first part of this story will be narrated from other people's points of view, until one event in particular shifts everything to the real protagonist: Shirei.

There will be battles, there will be training, moments of sadness and times of joy.

I hope to be able to share everything with you.
