Nebulus is part of the accuser troop of the Kree empire, as a lieutenant he was sent to a planet to arrest enemies of the empire, but when he arrived on the planet, the entire population was dead.

When he was about to report the situation he was surrounded by other accusers and accused of treason and genocide, not that the Kree care about genocide but without order for it is a crime

Nebulus realized that they wanted to use him as a scapegoat and ran away, unfortunately in the end he was killed along with the rest of the crew.

William sat there sadly, soon the spaceship's air would run out and he would die again.
