"So essentially, the game is about a gender neutral child that falls into a cave that leads to another world with a bunch of monsters?" Pablo asked in confusion.
It sounded weird, but in my world it was a smash hit.
"Yes. There's more than that but yes." Pablo sighed in disbelief.
"Are you sure this will work?"
"100%." I confirmed.
"Alright. You go back home and figure out the steps to get this done. Once you do, call me with the info and I'll get it to my people." Pablo said. He stood up and left without another word.
I stood up right after and left as well. I walked all the way back home in no hurry. When I walked through the door, I noticed the lack of anyone inside.
'I was only gone for less than 30 minutes.' I thought confusingly.
I ignored it and went to the computer on the desk in my room. I accessed Google and unwillingly searched up how to make a mobile game.
"Game engine? Shit." I muttered. There was no way in hell I remember what game engine Undertale was apart of. So, I had to explore all the different game engines to see which one sounded like they'd make such a game.
'Gamemaker. That's the one. Luckily it's open source and I don't need a subscription for licensing.' I wrote down what game engine we'd be using and then looked at the following steps.
'Design the graphics, code the game, test the product, and then publish the game.' I wrote down the steps carefully with the necessary details. I sighed in realization that I'd have to help in designing the graphics.
"Son of a bitch." I muttered. I heard the door unlock and walked out of the room to see who it was.
"Oh, what's up Chris." I greeted. I was about to turn back into the room for extra research on the gaming shit, but Chris brought me back.
"Wait, Azrael. Can you be my training partner today?" I looked at him analytically.
'What brought this on?' I looked at the time on my phone and cleared my throat.
"Alright. Let me get properly dressed." The time was 5 pm so it was still hot outside right now. I put on all grey since it was a neutral color for a neutral temperature and sunlight.
"Alright, let's go." I told Chris. He followed behind me as we left the house.

"See Laura? Isn't this a nice walk?" I asked, turning towards her.
"I suppose this is a good opportunity to breathe in fresh air." She replied ever stoically.
'You..' I thought irritatingly. I scanned the streets with my eyes and tried to find something intriguing for us to do.
"Ah! Look at that Laura, an arcade! Come, let's go!" I grabbed her hand and crossed the street, ignoring the oncoming cars. I got many angry honks and yells, but I didn't really care. My fun was more important than their 9-5 jobs.
'That sounded better in my head.'
I pressed open the door and was completely mesmerized by all the bright lights. I had been to an arcade before but I was so little, I can't even remember it.
"It looks amazing in here, right Laura?" I turned towards where Laura was and found her gone.
'What the hell?' I thought in shock. I looked around and found her at the desk. I quickly walked over and pulled her aside.
"Give me tokens for your games-" I pulled her back to prevent her from unknowingly verbally harassing this man.
"I'm sorry about my friend here. Can we get some tokens to play the arcade machines?" I asked politely to the clearly uncomfortable man.
"Uhm, yes." He quickly scrambled away to find tokens after I slid him a few dollars I took from Azrael.
'He wouldn't care. It's only 50 dollars.' I thought innocently. Once he came back, Laura took the tokens and calmly walked towards the machines as if she didn't just stoically freak out.
"Laura, you could've just told me you were excited to play the machines." I teased.
"I was enticed by the bright lights. My body moved on its own, I couldn't really control it. I hope that doesn't happen again." She said, amusingly?
It's not that she doesn't show emotion, she absolutely does around Azrael. She laughs, smiles, and does all of that, but when it's not him she's usually stoic and indifferent.
I've been trying for a while for her to see me as family, because she's clearly head over heels for my brother.
'Baby steps Wanda. Baby steps.'
"Okay, well what else entices you here?" I asked. She looked around and appeared to be drawn to a dance machine.
"That one over there. It's lights are flashing on the bottom." I smiled at her cluelessness.
'I doubt she knows how to dance. This will be entertaining.' We walked over to it and she walked around it, trying to analyze it to figure out how it works.
"Okay. All you have to do is set your feet on that platform, and match your steps with what it shows on the screen perfectly." She looked at me and nodded.
"This machine sounds simple." She inserted a token into the machine and then planted her feet correctly.
"I have to choose a song?" She asked, looking at me after she looked at the screen.
"Oh, uhm. I'll choose one for you." I know she didn't have any taste in music, so I decided to set her off correctly.
"Michael Jackson? What is his genre? How good is he?" She questioned. I whistled at her questions.
"Michael Jackson is considered to be the greatest pop artist of all time." Her eyes slightly widened at this famous information to everyone but her.
"Interesting." Her attention was drawn back to the screen as "Beat It" played from the speakers in the machine. I watched while being amazed and entertained.
I was amazed by how perfectly she was moving her feet, but entertained by how she had zero rythm while unintentionally dancing.
Once the song was over, she looked at her score and looked back at me.
"That's your score. It determines how well you danced." I explained.
"Why is it so low? I matched my feet perfectly like you said." She stated confusingly. I laughed and pointed towards the camera.
"It's more than about perfection, you must have fun while you do it. You looked like an android when you danced, you need rythm."
"How do I get rythm?" She asked. I simply smiled and stood next to her. I took a token from her pocket and put it into the machine.
"I'll show you."
