entering into frenks office, varia was shocked to see the scene that was before her. her husband was kissing another woman.

frenk Heard the door open but it was too late varia already saw him and Anna. the three of them look at one another without moving or talking before varia, with a swift move turned around and walked away.

seeing this, frenk started chasing after her, forgetting the woman in his arms, he ran as fast as his leg could take him but unlucky for him varia was a good runner too.

frenk remembered when he visited varia's parents, her mother told him that whenever someone offends varia, it was always better for her to show her anger rather than walking away. that when she those walk away, know that it was going to talk a whole lifetime for her to forgive that person.

varia came out of the company and went straight to her car, not answering to frenk's call. she entered her car and drove off in an high-speed, seeing her car fading away little by little, frenk entered his own car and started following her.

he soon lost track of her and started imitating what was going to happen when he got home. he was scared that she was going to take Maria and leave the house, he couldn't concentrate when he saw a crowd of people blocking the road.

he got down from the car to see what had happened, he was told that someone was just in an accident. he quickly passed through the people to see who had an accident, when he was given the biggest shock of his life. it was varia.

varia was the woman who just had an accident. he quickly removed her from her car and drove her straight to the hospital...

meanwhile in the cross villa,

everyone was getting ready for the arrival of varia and frenk, especially little Maria. she was disturbing Emma all night long, asking where her Mommy and Daddy where.

that same night they took varia's body to the cross villa, to be surprised to see Maria still awake.

Maria seeing her father and everyone else got happy and started running forward to surprise her daddy when that told her, her mother was gone, that she could never see her again.

even a toudler knew what that meant and the poor girl cried her eyes out, knowing that shee will never see her mother again, made her even more sad and all frenk could do was watch his daughter in pain.

four months after the funeral, frenk's mom got frenk married to Anna, because of the child he already had with her. he had already taken his daughter mother away from her. he couldn't keep this girl from enjoying the life of having a father in life, so she made a decision that could benefit the two girls. Maria gets a mom and Hannah gets a dad.

years passed and Maria also grew more and more like her mother everyday, even frenk was always scared to look at her in the eyes because he was scared of being reminded of that day. at the age of thirteen Maria was already smart and matured enough to know what happened that night.

she didn't stop at nothing to find out the truth and in the end she did. on her father's birthday and her mother's funeral she settled all ties with her father, and since then she have never called him father again. she either called him president or Mr. cross.

that was how the father and daughter relationship ended. although frenk acts tough In front of her. he loved her more than anyone else and wishes every single day to hold her in his arms but he couldn't.

he ruined his happy family with his own hands. and it was when he got married to Hannah did he realize that he was always in love with varia, but it was too late, the paper was already burned, the only thing he could do now was hope that Maria doesn't hate much more than she already had.
