"What is it?" She did not speak a word and just looked up at him with glimmering eyes that were drowning in starlight and were now somewhat tearing up.

"What do you want to say, little girl?" Ajax sighed before picking up a shirt nearby and wearing it, maybe she felt uncomfortable that was why those eyes were so full of complaints. A minute passed after that and he got a clear answer from her silence-No, she wasn't bothered by his appearance but definitely was angry.

"Alaina....what is it, tell me?" the masculine tone that followed was so full of defeat and affection that her plump pink lips wobbled.

"I-I am not accustomed to working with allies, I will definitely not talk to you or ask for any of your help!" Ajax was startled by her outburst yet his eyes softened when she nervously twiddled with her fingers.
