Chapter 55

Logan and Daphne waited for a few minutes and they saw the group coming out. Only the injured were brought back, the dead were left in the woods. Their corpses would be taken care of by the animals. This part of the woods rarely has people who venture here, so it was safe to say no one would see the corpses. 

When they got to the cars, Logan saw his Aunt's husband was only unconscious. 

Daphne looked at him and didn't say anything. Right now, their target was the vehicle where the banshee would be kept, for others were of no interest to them. 

The banshee was kept in the blue truck amongst the five cars present. It was the second one that moved out. 

"Lo, you know what to do." Daphne said. 

Logan nodded and transformed into his werewolf state. Their plan was for him to flip the vehicle, that way before the people inside could regain themselves, Daphne had sneaked in to steal the banshee away from them.
