Chapter Two

[P.O.V. Adriana Braxton]

It has been two days since the ball is tonight. Katrina, Jolene, A few pack members, and I are getting the orchard ready. Setting up tents, tables, chairs, and all the accessories. It all in white, silver, gold, and different shades of pink-themed. To match the beautiful blossoms of the trees.

Even got some dance floor tiles placed on the ground outside of a tent and inside, creating a beautiful dark wooden dance floor. Inside the back of the tent is where a band will be playing. I'm quite excited for tonight. Not only do I get to meet the other King's and Queen's. But I get to wear my beautiful ball dress. Zyston is going to be wearing a tuxedo; absolutely love a man in a suit.

After hours of setting up, everyone leaves to get ready for tonight. Katrina and I are getting ready at home with Jolene. One thing that I'm sad about this whole thing, Scarlet couldn't make it. After this ball is over, I think I'm going to drop by to see if she is okay.

Katrina is wearing a beautiful silver dress with white designs on it, with pearl jewelry. Jolene wore a beautiful white dress with silver and gold designs on it, with matching diamond jewelry.

I wore a light pink blossom colored dress with golden flower designs on it. The back is backless, Fabric-like strap wrap around my neck. The bottom of the dress was very poofy. It looked like something a Queen would wear. My necklace is the pendant Zyston bought me resting between my breasts, with few golden smaller necklaces getting smaller as they get closer to my neck. Two separate smaller necklaces had a small dragon charm and wolf charm on it. The dragon had small blue diamonds in its eyes, representing Stryker. The wolf has amber color diamonds in its eyes, representing Travis. My make up is lightly done with dark pink lipstick. My hair is infancy and beautiful bun with diamonds in it. Coming out of the closet, the girls were drinking a little champagne.

"Oh, my goddess, you're absolutely gorgeous." They both cooed, making me blush crimson.

"I would absolutely have to agree. You look breathtaking," Zyston says in a deep dark voice. Looking towards him, he was leaning in the bedroom doorway.

"Well, see you later, Adri," Kat says, leaving with Jolene, both giggling like school girls.

'Fuck-Hot-Damn! Does he look good!' He is wearing a black tuxedo, a matching pink shirt, and a golden tie. His tux sleeves were rolled up, showing off his tattoo sleeves. Any man is sexy in a tuxedo, but when they have tattoos, they are even hotter. 'I just want to rip his shirt off him!' Raina was 100% agreeing with me.

"Control your thoughts, Little Light, for if not, I will rip you out of that dress, and we won't make it to the ball," Zyston promises with a dark and deep lustful voice with dark, lustful eyes looking over my body. 'Damn!' That just made me a little wet right between my legs.

His eyes no longer dark forest green; they go back to his bright emerald. Zyston walks into the bedroom right where I was standing. Pulling a small black box out of his pants pocket, opening it a pair of beautiful dangly matching earrings to go with my pendant.

"Zyston.., Babe, their beautiful." I am totally speechless right now. Taking them out of the box and replacing my diamond and gold earrings. With the earrings, Zyston got me. "How do they look?"

"Amazing." He says with awe in his voice. Making me blush, he pulls me tight to him with my hands resting on his chest.

"How much did this cost you? $400?" He shakes his head, no.

"one thousand."

"What!? That more than my necklace!"

"Your necklace was seven hundred and fifty."

"Exactly! I don't deserve such expensive jewelry." I'm totally a little shocked right now.

"You are my Luna Queen and Mate. Why would I buy you cheap jewelry?" Him giving me a look like I was crazy.

"I.. I... I don't know." Couldn't even come up with an answer. He just chuckled at me rolling his eyes playfully. Grabbing the back of my head and pressed his lips to mine. Our kiss getting a little heated. He pulls his lips away, leaving us both a little breathless.

"We better go, Little Light." Nodding my head in agreement for my head feels like it is in a daze, he chuckles at me. Grabbing my handbag, we leave for the ball.

Hooking my arm with Zyston's, he leads us downstairs. Everyone was waiting, and the minute we walked down, they looked at us.

"Damn, if we didn't know you were the future King and Queen. That moment, right there, would have said it all." Tyler says, impressed. Blushing deeply from the compliment. Zyston rolls his eyes and shakes his head at his friend. Getting our jackets, we all get in Zyston truck and head over to Silver Moon Orchards.

[P.O.V. Selene (Moon Goddess]

The Dark King was once an old lover of mine before he became evil. Those were some fun days., But the day I choose my Werewolf King, he became jealous and full of hate. With the power, he possessed he used it to try to kill my King. Hoping it would fix everything between us; instead, it destroyed what was left.

Casting him out, he took revenge on all God's and Goddess's Kingdom's, saving mine for last. He almost wiped out my Kingdom completely. All that was left was a few Werewolves and Dragon Shiftier's. During this time, he also brutally killed my King. But before he could, my King weakened the Dark King. Then my Queen used her magical abilities. Destroying the Dark King's body and making him into the pile of smoke he is today.

That day all God's and Goddess's promised their children that their King's and Queen's would be reborn. We made an agreement this would happen. Earth calls them prophecies, but to us, they are our deals.

Walking along the shoreline, taking a minute to stop to look at the sea. Thinking about my reborn King and Queen. If only I could tell them the truth of how this Dark King came to be. But I can not mess with their destiny that is about to become. They have to figure out who he truly is by themselves.

"My lady, it time to leave for the meeting with the other God's and Goddess's." A man's dark voice says. Turning to look at this man, he has black hair, blue eyes with a hint of silver, and his body was built quite nicely. He looks a lot like my reborn King because he is the Father to my reborn King; Tobias Woods is his name.

"Everyone there?"

"Yes, my Lady." Says Tobias

"Let's not keep them waiting." After Tobias's death on Earth, I have made him my new Guardian. While my two main Guardian's are on Earth protecting my King and Queen.

"Of course, my Lady." Linking my arm with Tobias, we transport to the meeting.

Walking into a beautiful spring meadow, there was an old fountain in the middle. The gods and goddesses were looking into it, lost in their own discussion. The thing about this old fountain is its water looking glass. Us God's and Goddess's look down into it, and we can see things that are going on down on Earth.

Greeting everyone here, we get started on the meeting about this war. After some time, the meeting ends, and everyone leaves. Looking into the water, watching my King and Queen greeting their guest.

"They look great together," Tobias says, looking into the looking glass with me. Smiling an ear to ear smile, and his eyes full of love. "The day Zyston was born, Izabeth and I knew our son was the reborn King. Her wolf and my dragon recognized Zyston wolf, Travis as their King."

"And what of his dragon, Stryker?" Asking him.

"They knew Stryker was a being of great power. We weren't quite sure at that time what as he got a little older than when we realized that he was the King's Guardian. In the stories, it only mentions the Queen only has a Guardian. The moment Izabeth and I realized the King had a Guardian as well, we were beyond grateful."

"So, you don't think it was a mistake? To have Stryker and Travis share the same reborn body?" Asking for his council, he lightly chuckles.

"By combining the Werewolf King and his Guardian in the same body. Only made him even stronger, so to answer your question, it would be no, my Lady, it was not a mistake."

"Thank you for your honesty; the reason I asked was to see your input. I need input and council on something that is about to happen." Telling him with a heavy heart, he touches my arm. Looking at him, I could see the concern on his face; he had a small smile now.

"As your Friend, Guardian, and Adviser. Everything you have done, there is always a reason behind it. So, if you need to do it, then do it." Smiling back at him, I continue to listen to him tell memories and stories of his Earth's life.
