Odette Is Visiting Lula
Rion, who received the report from Tyson about what happened to Odette, rushed to meet his wife.
“Odette!” He opened the door rather rudely, making Odette who was with Elis and Nadin turn her head together with her two maids.
Rion stepped in and took Nadin’s seat and the compress cloth, replacing the maid to take care of Odette.
“You can go out now. I’ll compress her,” he said and the two maids obeyed his orders.
“I’m fine,” said Odette before Rion asked how she was.
“Why did you let that girl slap and insult you?” Rion dipped the cloth in warm water, squeezed it then compressed it carefully on Odette’s red cheek.
”She misunderstood and her father just died. I can understand her attitude."
“But, he should have listened to you first.”
“I told you her father just died. Her emotions are unstable. I also told you once that people who are hurt get angry quickly.”
“You are too kind. I don’t like seeing you hurt like this.”
