CHAPTER 18
After the discussion with Lydia, maria left the cafeteria. Maria's plan was to let lydia do all the dirty work while she reaps the benefit. She didn't want to ruin her reputation any longer if she wanted to get close to joseph. But what she didn't know was that Lydia was mire smarter than she is.
Lydia knew that maria was trying to use her, at first she didn't know but when maria introduced herself as Kelly's sister, she didn't realize that she was making a really big mistake.
When maria introduced herself, she tried to think really hard about where she heard her name from until she remembered the incident where maria disgraced herself.
During the time when maria tried to plot against kelly, joseph wasn't the only one who could see through her plan.
Lydia was never really smart, but we can't say she wasn't smart at all. Right from where she was a little girl her parents were never satisfied with her results in school so she tried to be very observant just to impress them and she did.
But lydia didn't need maria to tell her to ruin kelly before she does it. When she heard that kelly and joseph got together, it made her really furious.
"Why her? why her? first it was that other girl, when she left I thought joseph would finally be mine but now this little vixen appeared out of nowhere." she thought.
"kelly Simmons, if you think you can have him so easily. DREAM ON."
When kelly was on her way to the restroom, she was cornered by lydia and her lackeys, lydia had a smile on her face when they approached her.
kelly, hope you don't mind? I have something to say to you," Kelly just looked at her without saying anything because she knew that lydia had bad intentions.
When lydia got no reply she continued. "Do you really not know the relationship between me and joseph? not only are we childhood sweethearts, we are also engaged to each other.
"Do you really think joseph loves you? even if he did do you think his parents will accept you. I'm just trying to help you, joseph is only using, he loves messing around and I assure you, you are not.......
"please get straight to the point, do you really think I'm free enough to listen to your life story." kelly said coldly while cutting lydia off, which made lydia to grit her teeth in anger, but she was able to hide her emotions.
"Stay away from him, break off whatever relationship you have with him." Lydia said straightforwardly.
Kelly scoffed at her words. "And who do you think you are to tell me what to do and what not? I am not going to break up with MY BOYFRIEND just because you told me to," she said and walked away.
"Kelly I tried to be nice, but don't regret it when I'm done with you. I won't spare you." Lydia said to herself.
