Then she remembered, she didn't see the woman clearly, she only saw a shadowed figure. Who was that woman?. Why did she say that to me?. Natalie's mind was messed up with several questions and only Arnold could answer those questions. Should she ask him? she thought.

Natalie felt a liquid drop on her hands and she looked at it. It was no ordinary liquid, it was blood. She was bleeding. She noticed it was coming from her face and immediately she goes to the mirror to check. It was indeed from her face. She saw the huge scar on her face, slightly above her eyebrows on her left temple.

"No... no." She yelled out in shock. Then she noticed the reflection in the mirror is a woman with a scar, a similar scar to the one on her face.

"We're now allies." She heard a woman's voice speak from inside her head, it was the same woman from her dream. It was no ordinary dream. Natalie was devastated she continued to scream, This time, she picked something and hit the mirror and it shattered into pieces.

Then she picked one and stared at her face, it was still the same. The scar was still there.

Soon, she saw the door push open and Arnold came in. He saw her on the floor, crying in pain with her bleeding face.

Immediately he went to her.

"What did you do to yourself?" He asked angrily, he looked angrier than Natalie who had a scar on her face.

"Don't worry, it will heal in a bit," Arnold said, trying to comfort her. They were Vampires, they could heal immediately. He was certain the wound and scar would heal in seconds.

"Kill him!" Ariana heard the voice in her head, this time she heard it more clearly and was sure it came from her head.

"I order you to kill him." She heard Ariana's voice speak again and immediately she held her ears, closing her eyes tightly. The woman wanted her to murder her antecedent which she couldn't do. Natalie's eyes turned red and she stared at Arnold with an evil glare.

Arnold winced in pain a bit, but then, held the woman close to him. Maybe she was just hungry, that was why she acted this way. Vampires are known to be fierce when they crave blood.

It was taking too long, she was going to suck him dry. Arnold felt it was weird for Natalie to act that way. He then pushed her off a bit slightly.

Natalie raised her head, exposing her bloody mouth. Then she laughed devilishly and stood up. As much as Natalie didn't like the scar on her face and the voice in her head. She loved the new powerful energy she felt inside of her.

Arnold stared at her coldly, she didn't seem like the Natalie of last night. She looked like an evil beast. Her reactions and words. Did he make a beast out of an innocent woman? Natalie looked innocent and he fell for her at first sight, because of that reason.

Natalie stood a bit distant from Arnold's sat. "How long do you plan to keep me with you?" Natalie asked but didn't look at him. She faced the mirror and wiped the blood from her face slowly with a towel. Staring at her and what she had just asked. Arnold realize that she had her own life to live and he couldn't keep her with him for that long.

But then, she is acting strange. He doesn't know her before but could tell she acted strangely and might do something stupid that might expose their existence.

"I won't keep you for long, but you definitely can't leave yet." He said.

"Why?"

"I'm responsible for you from now on. You wanted to end your life and I have stopped it from happening. I own you in your new life." He explained.

Natalie smiled and finally turned to him after styling her hair in a way it would cover the scar on her face. She packed the remaining in a simple ponytail.
