You're killing me

‘Give me the phone”

“No! You have to kill me first” she said putting the phone behind her.

“And why will I kill you?”

“That is what you’ve been doing, killing me slowly Alex” she yells at him and starts to sob.

“I’m sorry if I did something you don’t like but I can’t kill you, c'mon!”

“You don’t love me anymore, I try to convince myself you will come back to me, but every day it got worst” she starts to cry out now.

“Of course, I love you with all my heart, I..I. Know I.. I., look, I’m sorry, I’m here now” he hugged her and she cries in his arms.

Alex was so disappointed, he could not understand why he is so distracted, his mind can’t concentrate these days, it always runs to Evelyn, and immediately he will want to be with her, and nothing anyone says matters until he has gone to her.

Evelyn was mad at Alex, why is he not returning her calls and text messages? She wanted to go to his house but No! She didn’t want any drama with his woman, by the way, what is he still doing with her, why can’t he send Sandra away when it's obvious he can’t get enough of her?.

She received a call from her dad requesting her presence.

“What now dad?”

“Are you pregnant?” Lincoln asks his daughter as soon as she walks in?

“What!” she held her tummy looking down at it.

“Answer me now!” he commanded.

“No! I’m not”

“Why are you not?” Lincoln asks making Evelyn more confuse.

“Why should I be?”

“What are you doing with Alex ever since? you can’t even get pregnant? What have you ever done right?” Lincoln asks yelling and disappointed.

He has spent a lot on that project and hoped that the project will see the light of day, but Alex keeps getting in his way without even trying.

He can’t wait for Sandra to get another child from Alex as he has to use his daughter to get what he wants from Alex.

He was hoping that by hypnotizing Alex with a spell into falling deeply in love with his daughter, he can impregnate her and he can easily use Alex's baby with his daughter for his project which will turn out to be a powerful combination. “Don’t you think so?” Mr. Eyeglass ask Lincoln, and he agreed to the plan.  At least that way he won’t have to answer to anyone.

He can easily make his daughter forget that she had a child. Hahaha, they both laugh.

But up till now, she’s not showing any signs of pregnancy and Lincoln was angry.

He can’t lose to Alex just yet, he was hoping to get the position by making Alex be with his daughter all through that day, but still, the council won’t give him what he wants, Alex was still winning without even trying.

Shit…” he throw the glass cup he was holding and it broke on the floor and Evelyn was lost in words.
