Run him over

“We need to leave,” Zack told Alex and they start going leaving Jack and Brian at the table.

“Son of a bitch!” Brian yell after Zack as he and Alex entered the car.

Alex was looking at Zack as if he will say something but he had nothing to tell him.

“Why do you always look calm?” Alex broke the silence.

"Because there is nothing to be afraid of. I love her and she loves me too. Brian can’t stop us. My only worry now is my family. If only they will accept her.

“Hmm, yeah, that is another problem to deal with,” Alex said, as he dropped Zack off and went home.

“Alex, where are you coming from?” Sandra was all in tears, ready to leave the house.

“What is going on here? Why do you have your bag with you? Where are you taking my daughter?” he hurried to her but she pushed him away.

“Don’t lie to me Alex, where in hell are you coming back from?” she asks him as she drags her bag along with her.

“Okay... Okay, I’m just coming back from seeing Jack, Brian, and Zack. You can ask them. "

“Liar!” she yells “Let's go” she took her daughter, and they headed outside.

“Hey… hey.., wait a minute!” he hastily blocks the front door, “What is going on? Because I  know that I’m innocent of whatever is going on in your head.

“What is this!” she showed Alex a card, and he took it.

Looking at the card he saw his name and Evelyn's name.

"What is the meaning of this?” he asked Sandra.

“You tell me, getting married behind my back!” she slaps Alex before taking her bag.

“I swear to you I don’t know what this is,” Alex said, walking behind her and rubbing his cheeks. The spot Sandra slapped was hurting, but he could only rub it at this point.

"Stay away from us, go and marry your Evelyn,” she said throwing their stuff into the car. She helped her daughter climb into the car, and then she took the driver's seat.

Alex went to the front of the car and refuse to leave the road.

“Get out or I will run you over” she warns 

“Go ahead, I want to die,” Alex yelled. “I’m innocent. I don’t know what you are talking about”

Sandra starts the car and stepped on the accelerator, but Lilian was just watching. She knew she had to do something, so she immediately pulled out her bangle and ask the car to stop! The car halted in front of Alex, just an inch away, and his eyes widened.

He looked at Sandra and she too was shocked. She thought Alex would leave the road and Alex thought she will never dare run him over, but they both were wrong. It took Lilian to save the day.

"What! Are you going to run me over?” Alex asked, amazed.

“I thought you will leave the road,” Sandra yells back at him.

“You are insane!” Alex went to the driver's seat and pulled her out. He carried her and started walking back into the house as she struggled with him.

“Put me down,” she yells and hits him with her tiny hands. They are not even effective on him.

Lilian could not help but smirk at her mother, she giggle at her because of the way her father carried her on his shoulder, and she was helpless.
